Important Information regarding the 2022 Perception of Care Surveys The 2022 Perception of Care Survey will take place in August 2022. Survey results help inform policy decisions to guide system improvements and are sent to the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA). Vaya and the state’s other LME/MCOs assist NCDHHS with this annual survey of members who receive mental health and/or substance use disorder services. This year, survey administration options will continue to include use of distance technologies and paperless surveys. Providers who have been selected to administer the survey will be contacted soon with timelines and instructions. Due to the short administration period, please complete surveys in a timely manner. If you have questions the survey, please contact Performance Reporting Analyst Lynn English at lynn.english@vayahealth.com or 828-225-2785, ext. 1264.
