Provider Advisory Council Monthly Meeting for July 2022 Cancelled The Vaya Health Provider Advisory Council (PAC) holds its monthly meeting on the third Wednesday of each month. Due to historical low attendance in July, the PAC officers have cancelled the July 2022 meeting. The next PAC meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Aug. 17, 2022. NCTracks Enrollment Requirement for State-Funded Services Providers Per NCDHHS, all providers who offer only State-funded (non-Medicaid) services will begin using the NCTracks Medicaid credentialing process Dec. 1, 2022, to participate in a Behavioral Health and I/DD Tailored Plan provider network. To pursue a contract with the Vaya Tailored Plan, your agency, NPI, taxonomy, sites, and clinicians
must be enrolled with NCTracks. Successful enrollment in NCTracks is required to make your organization’s information available to Tailored Plan recipients of State-funded services. For more information, email credentialingteam@vayahealth.com or call 1-855-432-9139.
Deadline Extended: National Core Indicators™ (NCI) Staff Stability Survey for 2021 The National Core Indicators™ (NCI) Staff Stability Survey for I/DD service providers is now available through July 31, 2022. Vaya encourages I/DD network providers to complete the survey and share their thoughts on important issues affecting the I/DD direct support professional workforce. Provider agencies should have received an email with the survey with the email subject: "NC NCI Staff Stability Survey 2021”. If you are an I/DD services provider and have not received the survey link, or if you have questions, please email NCISurvey@dhhs.nc.gov.
