Perception of Care Survey Deadline Extended The N.C. DHHS 2020 Perception of Care Survey administration period has been extended to close of business on Sept. 14, 2020. Survey results are used to inform policy decisions designed for system improvement. Vaya and other MCOs assist DHHS with this annual survey of members who receive mental health and/or substance use services. If you have been selected to administer the survey to members, please make sure you complete the number of surveys requested for the specific populations (adult, youth, child and family). If possible, we encourage you to submit more than the requested amount. Thank you for helping ensure the success of this project. For assistance, contact Performance Reporting Analyst Lynn English at lynn.english@vayahealth.com or 828-225-2785, ext. 1264.
