Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Community Support Team (CST) State-Funded Services CARES Act funding is now available to support members during the COVID-19 pandemic. Effective immediately, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team and Community Support Team (CST) services are available through Dec. 31, 2020 for members enrolled in state-funded benefit plans. For eligibility criteria, providers should review the current clinical coverage policies . Providers may begin submitting service authorization requests today, September 8, 2020. View the Non-Medicaid Authorization Guidelines for Adult Mental Health/Substance Use Services on Vaya’s Provider Central website. Because these funds are time-limited, providers should develop step-down plans at the outset of treatment.
