Dogwood Health Trust Racial Equity Community Grants Racial Equity Community Grants are designed as a first step from Dogwood Health Trust to infuse capital into historically underfunded organizations with a primary purpose of serving Black, Indigenous and communities of color and with leadership that is representative of the communities they serve. Grants of up to $25,000 from this fund are available to both 501(c)(3) organizations and government agencies in Dogwood’s 18-county service area. The deadline for Racial Equity Community Grants is Oct. 23, 2020. Grant decisions will be made within 30 days, and funds will be distributed in December 2020. Learn more and apply online.
COVID-19 NEWS AND UPDATES North Carolina Phase 3 Guidance N.C. DHHS has released new and updated guidance related to businesses, organizations and activities during Phase 3 of statewide restrictions designed to save lives during the COVID-19 pandemic. The state entered Phase 3 at 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 2, 2020, following Executive Order 169 from Gov. Roy Cooper. Learn more .
