Vaya Health Provider Q&A Webinar Schedule Our Q&A Webinars for Vaya Network Providers are an important source of the most up-to-date information on topics that affect providers. As we proceed with our consolidation with Cardinal Innovations Healthcare, Vaya will offer online information sessions designed for Cardinal network providers and launch Q&A Webinars for the Vaya/Cardinal consolidated provider network in January 2022. All upcoming webinars will be held on Fridays from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. Vaya will share a link to each webinar in the Provider Communication Bulletin issued the day before the event.

NCTracks Modifications: Identification of Organizational Providers Enrolled in Taxonomies Beginning Nov. 21, 2021, organizational providers with certain taxonomies are required to have at least one active affiliated individual provider with at least one active taxonomy related to their
credentialed status as a taxonomy Level 1 provider. This modification will verify that providers meet enrollment criteria for each taxonomy and support efforts to keep provider enrollment files current. Once implemented, this requirement will be ongoing. Affected providers will be required to maintain and update affiliations to avoid potential claims suspension and/or provider enrollment termination.
