Vaya Health/Cardinal Innovations Consolidation Information Session Tomorrow, Nov. 5, 2021, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. Vaya and Cardinal Innovations will host a joint information session to update providers about the Vaya/Cardinal consolidation. The session focuses on information most useful for Cardinal network providers and is open to all providers in both networks. Please send your questions in advance to provider.training@vayahealth.com so that we may address as many questions as possible during this session.

New Regional Referral Form Available An updated Regional Referral Form , developed by the NC Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services (MHDDSAS), is available on the Vaya website. Please use this form when submitting service authorization requests (SARs) for admission to a state psychiatric hospital, including Broughton State Hospital, or referrals to an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Center (ADATC).
