Q&A WEBINAR FOR VAYA NETWORK PROVIDERS – NOV. 13, 2020

Traumatic Brain Injury Claims Denials During a recent update to the Vaya Health payable diagnosis code list, some traumatic brain injury diagnosis codes were unintentionally end-dated on 09/30/2020, causing claims denials. We are in the process of determining which codes were affected and correcting the issues. Once the issues are corrected, Vaya will reprocess any affected claims for payment. Providers do not need to resubmit claims. We apologize for the error. If you have any questions, please contact your Claims Specialist.

Stakeholder Meeting for Provider Agencies That Have Selected Third-Party EVV Solution Thursday, Nov. 12, 2020, 12 p.m. NC Medicaid and Sandata Technologies will host a stakeholder meeting for provider agencies that have selected an alternative (third-party) electronic visit verification (EVV) solution for implementation on Jan. 1, 2021.
