Welcome Cardinal Innovations Network Providers! As Vaya Health and Cardinal Innovations progress toward consolidation, Cardinal Innovations network providers are now subscribed to Vaya Health Provider Communication Bulletins. Vaya distributes the Provider Communication Bulletin via email to network providers weekly on Thursdays and as needed for urgent announcements. Vaya Provider Communication Bulletins include important announcements, updates, and upcoming trainings and events. If you did not receive this email directly, you may sign up for the bulletin manually on the Vaya Provider Central website.
Vaya/Cardinal Innovations Consolidation Information Session Tomorrow, Nov. 19, 2021, 11 a.m.-12 p.m. Vaya and Cardinal Innovations will host a joint information session to update providers about the Vaya/Cardinal consolidation. The session focuses on information most useful for Cardinal network providers and is open to all providers in both networks. Please send your questions in advance to provider.training@vayahealth.com so that we may address as many questions as possible during this session.

Veterans Services: “Ask the Question” One way that providers can commit to making sure veterans and active military members receive the best care is to “Ask the Question.” This video from the Governor’s Institute focuses on service providers who interact with veterans and explains the importance of asking an individual if they or a loved one has ever served in the military.
