Q&A Webinars for Vaya Health Network Providers Please note that our biweekly Q&A Webinars for Vaya Health Network Providers will occur on an alternate schedule due to the upcoming holidays. Webinars will take place on Dec. 4 and 18, 2020, and on Jan. 8 and 22, 2021. Q&A Webinars for Vaya Network Providers are an important source of the most up-to-date information for providers. Provider Operations Manual Available for Review The Vaya Health 2020-2021 Provider Operations Manual has been posted to Vaya's website for a 30-day comment period (click here to view online). As a member of our Provider Network, your feedback is important. Comments may be submitted by email to manuals@vayahealth.com. The deadline for comments is Dec. 18, 2020.

TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES Permanent Supportive Housing Online Training Dec. 8, 9, 15 and 16, 2020, 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Community Support Team (CST) providers are delivering ongoing tenancy support services as part of the updated (November 2019) CST service definition. This training provides education about the evidence-based model for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and improves both understanding and best practices of the PSH model. CST staff must complete 15 hours of Tenancy Support Training within 90 days of hire. This training meets that requirement. Registration is required. Learn more and sign up today .
