Vaya Health Holiday Closings: Clarification In observance of the winter holidays, Vaya will be closed on Dec. 23, 26, and 27, 2022, and on Jan. 2, 2023. Our Provider Support Service Line (1-866-990-9712) and Member and Recipient Service Line (1-800-962-9003) will continue to operate from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., every day except Sundays, including on holidays. Additionally, our Behavioral Health Crisis Line is open 365 days a year and will be available 24/7 at 1800-849-6127. All of us at Vaya wish you a happy and healthy holiday season.
