The file contains provider information as registered and approved through the NCTracks enrollment process. • If you find that there is a discrepancy in the way your information currently is displayed, you will need to contact NCTracks directly to get it updated. Full attendance and active participation is required for all 4 days (September 20, 21, 27 & 28) to receive the 16-hour credit. • This training is available to CST and ACTT providers within the Vaya, Alliance, and Partners LME/MCO catchment areas.
