Sutton Connected Sutton Connected is an exciting new project which will enable Sutton Centre for the Voluntary Sector (SCVS) and Volunteer Centre Sutton (VCS) to increase the support we offer voluntary/community organisations (VCOs) in Sutton to develop and become more sustainable. To deliver this project we are seeking 5 experienced and enthusiastic new members of staff. All posts are fixed-term contracts until September 2013. Organisational and Volunteering Development Officer (Reference: SC1) £33,844 pa (PO3/38 - 35 hours a week) This post will provide capacity-building support to VCOs and develop good practice in the management and support of volunteers. You will need at least 2 years experience supporting the development of VCOs and some experience of a volunteer role. Corporate Fundraiser (Reference: SC2) £ 33,844 pa, pro-rata £20,306 (PO3/38 - 21 hours a week) This post will work with United Way London to develop corporate giving and in Sutton to develop closer links between VCOs and local businesses. You will need experience of working with both the voluntary and business sector and a track record of successful fundraising. Marketing and Communications Manager (Reference: SC3) £33,844 pa (PO3/38 – 35 hours a week) This post will manage the marketing and communications strategy for VCS and SCVS and offer at cost design services and coaching to VCOs.
