LET US MOVE YOU AHEAD. We don’t think of what we do as training. We think of it as creating sustainable change. Here’s how we work for you:
1. We focus in on your goals. What do you want your company to look like, feel like, and act like? What do you want to achieve in the next year? The next five years? What’s holding you back and how can we change that?
2. We develop a program that fits your budget and culture.
A training program can’t be effective if it doesn’t match with your company’s values and culture. With those in mind, we will build a program that is results-focused, immediately applicable, and sustainable back in the office. Depending on your needs, we might suggest: • Executive coaching for key leaders • Strategy session for your executive team • Leadership program for mid-level managers • Motivational workshop for your sales force • Sending team members through Six Sigma • An array of other options
3. We put best practices to work for you. Leading your program will be an experienced facilitator with a passion for learning and inspiring others. We will bring in top Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business faculty and industry leaders to share research-based knowledge and practical experience of what works in the real world. We will create a shared learning environment where trust and the courage to try out new skills are an integral part of the experience. Participants will leave with an action plan to apply what they learned on the job.
4. We’re here for you when the program ends ...and the real learning begins. We hold follow up meetings, webinars, and 1:1 coaching (depending on the class), all designed to help individuals talk about what has worked, hasn’t worked and why. We encourage a shared sense of support among participants, so that individuals can lean on one another for ongoing advancement.
YOU’VE GOT GREAT PEOPLE.
