We demonstrate a f irm commitment to our community because we know that a company must be dedicated to the society that enables it to grow. Each year, we take part in numerous activities that conf irm this dedication, such as solidarity and environmental events, programmes with young talent and the community and undertakings focused on culture and local traditions. People are what moves us at Vectalia, and this dossier is proof. We would like to share in these efforts with you for many years to come.

Why are we committed? We love to make your day-to-day easier. Because of this, we are undertaking an ambitious programme of improvements in our services and have seen a high rating of customer satisfaction in surveys. More than 100 years of business provide Grupo Vectalia with experience and a deep understanding of the requirements needed to manage the activity of transporting passengers over roads.

As a result, we hold a prominent position within the sphere of discretional transport, and regular, metropolitan, and interurban lines. We partner with public transit authorities in the construction of networks and the expansion of existing lines, fleet acquisitions, technology applied to mobility, and all the management so every aspect of a concession will be financially optimised.

URBAN MOBILITY Alicante

Santa Pola

Thanks to Masatusa and Alcoyana, TAM (Metropolitan Alicante Transport) connects transportation service with travellers in the capital city of Alicante and its surroundings. Since 1969, we have been the concessionaires of Alicante’s metropolitan transport system.

Since 1925, Autocares Baile, S.A. has been providing transport services to the community. With an incredible team of professionals, we strive to fulfil all of our clients’ needs. The three generations since the founding of the group have worked to present the most modern fleet that travels between Santa Pola and Alicante, passing through Gran Alacant, Arenales del Sol, El Altet and Agua Amarga. Grupo Baile was the first official transport operator for events such as the Volvo Ocean Race in Alicante, and has come to offer services for business personnel, schools, tourism, day trips, tour routes, educational trips, holiday transport and events.

This network of 165 units composed of 53 lines services 65,000 passengers per day and travels 8 million kilometres per year. It includes modern operational tools such as apps, website, and informationcentred boards. TAM has been operational since 1999. More information: www.alicante.vectalia.es

This emblematic city is making a strong commitment to Smart City, the new project in which we collaborate to efficiently employ new technologies (efficient driving management and energy saving applications such as the use of solar panels to generate solar power). It also includes a system which supports operations, a new app and website, optimisation in timetables and frequencies and a reduction in costs.

Excellence and high satisfaction are the hallmarks of Albacete’s urban transport, and the reason we won the Business of the Year award in 2013 for the management of Albacete’s Passenger Services presented by the magazine Autobuses y Autocares (Buses and Coaches). In 2010 AENOR (The Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification) awarded us the triple certification for quality, safety, occupational health and safety and the environment. The urban transport services in Albacete are complete with modern infrastructure supported by new technology. More information: www.albacete.vectalia.es

Since 2011, Subus G.T. has managed the city’s urban transport service. With our new tender for urban bus service, we are committed to renovating the fleets and investing in vehicles with the latest technology and highest levels of comfort and safety. We are also dedicated to planning new facilities and implementing comprehensive improvement in service. The results will yield improvements in energy efficiency as well as in other services like accessibility and geolocation systems.

Since 2013, Vectalia has managed the urban bus service, pay-and- display parking (ORA), vehicle removal on public streets (GRÚA) and two of Mérida’s car parks through Movérida, our concept of comprehensive management of mobility. Movérida is dedicated to sustainable development, implementing high-priority measures such as punctuality, offering a clean, accessible, comfortable fleet and above all, providing a well-connected network within the city. Our mission is to be the best means of moving throughout the city.

the ability to follow packages in real-time using parcel tracking.

In 2020, Mioo, was founded as an eco-friendly logistics solution for last mile delivery in urban areas.

Last mile is the management of package transport focused on the final stage of the process, which is the end delivery.

Mioo oversees last mile express delivery, combating the social and environmental challenges of tomorrow. Our technological platform is supplied by Correos, the Spanish postal services group. This allows us to offer deliveries through their system.

This is the leg of the journey done once various parcels have been collected in a specific location and are distributed from there in the appropriate city. That is why it is also knows as capillary distribution, as the delivery within the city is branched out to various areas and zones.

With Mioo, Vectalia is introducing a more efficient and sustainable service for any business, from eCommerce shipping to deliveries between shops (B2B). In 2020, we began delivery in the central postal codes of urban hubs. By using pickup and drop-off points, delivery people are connected in an eco-friendly way. These couriers use a powerful technological platform to optimise routes through advanced analysis and big data tools. To take care of the environment, we use sustainable vehicles for swift pickups and deliveries, with 29

LARACHE

NADOR

SAFI

The company is already operational in three large provinces of this north African country

Vectalia Group strengthens its business in Morocco For travellers, Morocco is seen as an exotic destination offering limitless adventure. Our group also felt drawn to its adventure: one of business. It is true that the arrival to a new country always entails a learning period. Thankfully, the foundation from which we started and the idea that we shared with Morocco— the importance of personal relationships—was positive. Spain and Morocco have a friendly bilateral relationship in which both share a mutual commitment to dialogue, something that has been reflected from the moment we began working in Nador and later Safí. A new continent requires continuous learning, and above all, an analysis of each city’s needs. Vectalia won the public tender, the delegated management of the urban transport service by bus in Grand Nador.

A 10-year Mobility project which plans the operation of 22 lines (10 existing and 12 new) and the launch of 150 buses (80 in year one, 40 in year two and 30 in year 3). Once all lines are operational, an estimated 32,500,000 passengers will be transported each year. Since 2019, Vectalia has managed the public transport system in Safí, providing service to the entire metropolitan area with a population of half a million people. When activity initiates, the anticipated fleet will consist of 70 buses and reach a total of 90 starting in year 5. The group will subrogate the current workforce (150 people) and it is estimated that 60 new jobs will be created. Because accessibility in transport is one of the group’s mantras, Safí’s fleet will offer air conditioning on all buses as well as mechanical easy- access ramps without steps for people with reduced mobility and shelters at bus stops. Of a total of 90, the first 35 buses are already circulating. These vehicles will renovate Safí’s fleet and will signify an investment of 26 million euros. The contract guarantees the company management of the transport system and thus, the business, for 10 years. Over the first year, the new fleet will travel five million kilometres and carry 17 million passengers. An estimated 70 new jobs will be created in the initial years, with an important training programme launching specifically for them. The contract with Safí is only one of three important international deals that the firm won in 2019. All of these new bids will contribute to the diversification of the company’s business, which has already been achieved in the short-term.

37

Management of public transport in Safí begins

2018 2019 Management of urban and interurban transport in Grand Nador begins

Nador In 2018, we began managing urban and interurban transport in Grand Nador in Morocco, which consists of 11 municipalities and 475,000 residents. The city is located 15km from the border with Melilla. Today, Nador is a dynamic hub with residents arriving f rom all parts of Morocco and whose population can double in summer with the influx of emigrants from European countries such as Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and France. Nador has also become the second largest financial centre of the country. An average of 17,000 passengers pass through our stations daily. We specialise in anticipating their needs, ensuring that they will want to repeat and share their experience thanks to the stations’ numerous services and important franchises. We also perform various activities to revitalise the space. The overseeing and operations of the bus stations include the management of regular lines of vehicles and pedestrian terminals, bus parking zones and commercial areas. To manage this, Vectalia relies on modern systems that regulate the arrival and departure of vehicles.

ESTACIONAMIENTO REGULADO This business unit currently oversees problemsolving strategies of five cities related with traffic flow, the excess of circulating cars and above all, the decreased number of spaces where users can park their vehicle. Vectalia includes a varied list of advantages in each bid so that the spaces are organised efficiently and the area achieves its anticipated turnover, avoiding problems of overcrowding in parking on city streets. Our exclusive technology includes modern positioning systems of vehicles in circulation and electronic removal of vehicles with violation, implementation of control systems via cameras, vehicle and electric motorbike inspections, and an exclusive app for parking meter payment [Moviltik] and for traffic wardens [Clocky].

It also provides the location and tracking of traffic wardens, assigned routes, connectivity with local authorities and advanced data processing to extract statistics of vehicle turnover by zone. And of course, it offers total integration with vehicle removal service.

MUNICIPAL SERVICES 49

TOWING We use Strada parking terminals, top-of-theline machines from the world’s leading producer, Parkeon. These instruments are integrated with comprehensive management software that handles reports and controls online operations, developed exclusively for Vectalia by GMV. This enables us to offer solutions that effectively fulfil the requirements of any bid and to guarantee highquality service to the user. Additionally, Vectalia was one of the first groups to implement the system of electronic permission from police for vehicle removal, ensuring the highest standards in quality and safety required by the State authorities. Our tow trucks and hitching equipment are supplied by reputable providers, such as MITSUBISHI and FOIMA, among others.

50

In this regard, and as an additional service to mobility, Vectalia’s regulated parking, vehicle removal and car pound management are completely contingent on the Municipal Services unit and work in the following 10 cities: Alicante, Mérida, Valencia, Benidorm, Erandio, Rubí, San Sebastian, Bilbao and Sagunto.

OUR APPS CLOCKY:

MOVILTOW:

ORA-OTA inspectors use this app to create requests for reports and to keep an activity and incidence log. With a modern and intuitive interface, the app allows traffic wardens to validate and process documentation electronically with more freedom, streamlining their efficiency and time in their daily responsibilities.

The public can take advantage of this modern app which allows users to make payments at parking meters in regulated zones. Its effectiveness in browsability and payment for the time parked have won it multiple awards in the mobility sector and shown direct results in an improvement in parking space turnover. In addition, it provides the cities with advanced statistics and an algorithm that suggests zones with the highest probability of available parking, reducing the number of vehicles on the street as well as lag times while searching for open spaces.

Vectalia offers this unique exclusive tool to manage municipal tow trucks. This app allows tow truck drivers to quickly and easily perform duties such as receiving remote validation from the authorities for the removal of vehicles, the ability to upload photos and more. It is completely paperless and provides traceability of operations.

WHAT ARE WE DOING IN THE FACE OF COVID-19? Applying preventative measures to reduce the spread The objective of the Comprehensive Cleaning and Disinfection Plan is to revise the new cleaning needs and incorporate disinfection in relevant standards to prevent transmission.

• Timely and traceable information for the Managing Body against COVID-19 (required according to the Sectoral Guidelines published by the Ministry), which can be used to make decisions regarding the results/situations of risk or transmission

Therefore, we are revising various aspects of our activities such as work and exposure environments, frequency, products specified for the type of surface and/or environment, application methods, training of personnel in use and management, activity logs and surface sampling that measures and provides proof of effectiveness of the programmes. We are examining the need to incorporate exhaustive external Cleaning and Disinfection measures for prevention and/or correction in the case of a positive test result or symptoms in workers and/or users.

• All members previously coordinated in the case that the Plan must be implemented or in a drill situation.

These are the specific objectives proposed by BIOVALIA to be included in the CCDP. Consequently, the result of this CCDP is a specific document that covers different needs/objectives. For more information, visit www.biovalia.es

• For workers, ensuring the correct measures of management and transparency, as well as proper training in the field. • For clients, building confidence and also obtaining certification or recognition from an external entity • For Health Authorities and Labour Inspection, offering traceability in processes and necessary transparency for their revision. Accordingly, the objective of this proposal is to offer a framework of measures to be developed for prevention, to reduce the risk of transmission of the disease, through the creation and revision of protocols against Covid-19 and the application of preventative or corrective treatments. In terms of correction, in the case of infection or suspected infection of a worker, user, visitor or client in general, the application of exhaustive disinfection treatments is defined.
