T-FATTY The T-Fatty is designed to fit larger 27.5 and 29 inch diameter rims. The T-Fatty uses an up-scaled version of our popular and successful T-XC MTB, and T-CX Cyclocross tread patterns. As a Fatbike tire, the compact center tread with chamfered leading edges are designed to find traction but also roll quickly. The intermediate blocks are well positioned to provide a smooth transition to the well supported edge blocks. The T-Fatty has a reputation as a great tire for long distance trail rides where maximum comfort is a prerequisite. CROWN GEM The concept for the Crown Gem is a fast, hard-hitting, directional trail tire that’s got enough in the tankespecially if you select the extra protection offered by the Synthesis sidewall version-to take on rough Enduro events, with all tire testing action that this exciting gravity discipline brings. The Crown Gem uses a full volume carcass, with a rounded profile. In this case, the shape is a bit squarer, thanks to the position of the angled edge blocks. The siped and grooved tire treads on the Gem are square in shape and sweep gently backwards from either side of the center. Some chamfering of the leading edges help ensure speed and smooth ride. The Crown Gem is designed to fit front or rear, providing drive and steering if required, or to be fitted with a variety of other VEE Tire Co. treads to custom tune the grip to your liking and the demands of your trails. apr 30, 2015

CROWN F-REE While the Crown F-REE is a great all-around tire, it’s most effective up front. There, the small chevron shape centre knobs help the tire maintain speed on the straights, complete with sipes to seek out all available grip. The center tread area works closely with broad paddle shaped tread blocks to ensure even traction. This focused front tire design lends an unusual and intriguing appearance to the Crown F-REE. This tire utilizes a semi-rounded carcass cross-section to promote a feeling of confidence when leaning on the edges in fast, loose turns. Because it’s not completely squared-off like the hard hitting Flow Rumba, it means the Crown F-REE’s center section touches the trail first and helps keep rolling resistance to a minimum for a full volume trail front tire.

The T-CX uses an smaller version of the well-loved twin block tread pattern which forms a consistent rolling feel while offering a lot of working edges for high levels of traction. ROLLDIAC The casing Rolldiac handles surface water with ease thanks to a center tread made up of small V shaped sipes, and tire shoulders that feature a fine diamond-file pattern. These elements help move surface water away from the contact patch, improving the tire’s feel and grip. The profile of the Rolldiac is similar to that used on Moto GP tires in that it is slightly ‘A’ shaped. The crown of the tire presents the lowest possible rolling resistance to the road surface, while the slightly flattened shoulders ensure the maximum presentation of rubber to the road when you have them leaned over in turns. Our Continuum compound is grippy both in the wet and the dry, yet grip does not come at the expense of durability as the Rolldiac is also exceptionally hard wearing. Whether you’re battling the elements, training for the next event, or head down sprinting for the rain-soaked finish line, you can be sure that the Rolldiac is right there for you.
