Thresher machine is used to separate empty bunch and palm fruits, we have capacity from 1-120tph Alongside the development of large-scale fully mechanised palm oil mills and their installation in plantations supplying the international edible oil refining industry, smallscale village and artisanal processing has continued in Africa. Palm oil production process: Step 1 Bunch sterilization: FFB(fresh fruit bunch) have to be sent to sterilize to avoid AV (acid value) rise by sterilize the fatty enzyme with high temperature. At the mean time, sterilizing section can also soften the fruits, which benefits the threshing section and reduces the damage to kernel.
Step2 Bunch threshing: The purpose of threshing is to separate the palm fruit from the FFB by rotary drum thresher.

Step 3 Fruit digestion:The purpose of digestion is to separate the pulp and kernel, soften the pulp with heat and to destroy the pulp cell structure.

Step 4 Pulp pressing: After sterilizing, threshing and crashing, palm pulp become soft and the cell structure is broken. In another word, we can easily get the oil with spiral oil press, which is also called CPO(crude palm oil).

5.Clarification system Use vibrated sifting filter to remove residues like fiber in the crude palm oil, then the oil enter into the passivating tank.
6.Depericarping Station The pressed palm fiber cake gets into the cake breaker then get into the winnowing system to separate the fiber and nut. 7.Kernel Recovery System 8.Palm kernel recovery machine Then nut will be crushed to get shell and kernel. Through winnowing system and washing system to separate the shell and kernel. The shell can be used as fuel for boiler, the kernel will be dried for storage and sell to others or next processed into palm kernel oil by another plant(palm kernel processing plant ). (1)Palm nut storage tank: used for storage the palm kernel (2)Polishing drum: Used for polishing the palm nut and remove the residual fibre to get clean palm nut. (5)Separating column system &hydro cyclone equipment:separate the kernel from the shell (6)Palm kernel drying bunker: drying finally palm kernels:finally the dryed palm kernels can be processed further via palm kernel oil expeller or directly sell to others. What's kind of oil seeds our machine can process? Oil press production line : It can process peanut, sunflower seeds, corn germ, cotton seeds, soy bean, rapeseeds, rice bran and other oil crops, those oil seeds can be processed by cold press method and hot press methd. The oil residual rate is 5%6%. Solvent extraction line : It is used for large capacity low oil content oil seeds , like soybean, rice bran etc. It also can extract the rest oil from peanut cake, sunflower cake and so on.Refinery production line: It can improve the cooking oil quality , you can produce different grades cooking oil (degumming oil, deacid oil, decoloring oil,deodorization oil), as your requirements.
What capacities machines can you manufacture? Oil seeds press or prepress production line : 10-2000 TPD. Solvent extraction production line : 20-1000 TPD. Edible oil refinery production line: 1-600 TPD.
