LaBlast Retreat 2016 GRAND VELAS RIVIERA NAYARIT Travelers can become a dancing star on the golden shores of Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit during the third annual LaBlast Getaway led by three-time World Dance Champion and “Dancing With The Stars” alum, Louis Van Amstel. Accompanied by two LaBlast master trainers, Van Amstel leads the program highlighted by daily LaBlast fitness classes from November 30 – December 3, 2016. For the first time, the partner-free dance classes will be accompanied by LaBlast Splash and Line Dance, both also partnerfree. Onyx, a protective stone, consists of treatments like the Cure Facial and new Body Beauty In-Fusion that help separate and release mental stress from the body and promote emotional well-being. The Jade Collection represents perfection and nobility. For example, the Quiro-Golf Four Hands Massage must have perfect coordination between two therapists with golf balls to stimulate susceptibility so that feelings of nobility and wealth emerge. A pre-natal Tenderness Massage and Shia-Thai Oriental healing massage are part of the Amethyst Collection which represents the connection between mind, body, and soul that leads to humility. An Amethyst stone traditionally is used to increase the strength of one’s inner and intuitive awareness. The newest activities VELAS VALLARTA Velas Vallarta keeps innovating its services for the entertainment of all guests. As part of the activities program, it is the “Human Foosball”, located in the beach. The dynamic is the same as the used in the original foosball, but with real people playing as they are the little figures. Participants must hold the bars without letting go; there must be a minimum of one player and maximum two per bar. Among the many surprises for the little ones, there are the new Star Wars and sea lion shows, and many others. Themed evenings are another addition. Held at the Alhambra Lobby Bar from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., guests can enjoy different tastings of wine and cocktails, accompanied by canapés and the chef’s selection of cheeses. - Monday: Wines - Tuesday: Cocktails - Wednesday: Mojitos - Thrusday: Margaritas - Friday: Martinis - Saturday: Daiquiris - Sunday: Margaritas At the end of the day, the new themed nights will delight everyone's palate. In addition to food, creativity and presentation comparable to top restaurants in world capitals, the AAA Five Diamond Grand Velas Riviera Maya has introduced a new margarita cake menu for onsite wedding celebrations. The chili mango offers a sweet and spicy kick while the traditional lime has a mint twist. Other flavors include kiwi, coconut, lychee, strawberry, passion fruit, raspberry, orange basil, tamarind, apple, peach, and pineapple. Frosting options range from fondant to buttercream with a touch of tequila or Cointreau. Furthermore, couples can opt to pair their gourmet wedding cake with mini-margaritas for guests. Cakes start at $110 for up to 10 people. Additional persons cost $11 per. Decoration is additional.
