2019 VET CEO Conference WHY SPONSOR THE 2019 VET CEO CONFERENCE? The 2019 VET CEO Conference will provide a unique networking platform for the top level of management staff from Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) across the country. The 2019 VET CEO Conference will provide an opportunity for organisations and individuals to showcase products and services to a targeted market of CEOs and senior business management. To submit an application, complete and return the sponsorship form, including payment details. Sponsorship opportunities are limited - returning an application form does not guarantee place.
All sponsors (regardless of their chosen package) have the ability to donate prizes to Velg Training, to be drawn (via lucky draw) during the Conference. This is a great way to provide sponsors with additional exposure and brand awareness.
Once the application form has been received, Velg Training will send a confirmation email, including a paid tax invoice and full details of entitlements. Full payment is required at time of application.
Key Dates Sponsorship applications close: 29 March 2019 Payment due: at time of application Cancellation (deposit kept by Velg Training) will be accepted up to: 29 March 2019 Cancellation (50% of total sponsorship option kept by Velg Training) will be accepted up to: 26 April 2019. Conference date: 17 May 2019.
These prizes donations must be advised to Velg Training by no later than 26 April 2019. Velg Training will administer the draw and notification of winners to delegates. Other prize draws can also be run (and are encouraged to be run) at a Sponsor’s booth, independently. This is an excellent way to encourage personal interaction direct with delegates (business card draw or similar), and a fantastic way to broaden your own potential client listing. These booth-run prize draws however are to be administered by the Sponsor.
Sponsorship Payment: Payment options are outlined on the Sponsorship Application & Payment Form. We accept Electronic Funds Transfer or credit card. Velg Training will issue a paid tax invoice upon receipt of payment. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. *Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing to, and acknowledged by Velg Training. Cancellations (with deposit kept) will only be granted if notice of cancellation of sponsorship is given by no later than the 29 March 2019. Cancellations (with 50% of total sponsorship option kept) will only be granted no later than the 26 April 2019. After this date no refunds will apply.
