Although they aren’t marked as Magnolia properties, you’ll notice black metalASE canopies over the doors (a PURCH TO VIEW signature design aesthetic of Jo’s) as well as Magnolia branded box trucks in the parking lot. The 1800 building is valued at about $550,000 but there is no record of how much they paid. The 1818 building is slightly smaller and valued at about $490,000. John Marsicano, Magnolia spokesperson (and Fixer Upper: Welcome Home PURCH ASE TO VIEW Season 1, Episode 2 client) confirmed that this will be the new Magnolia Headquarters with a planned opening of 2023. This is a huge win for Downtown Waco - the mayor is said to be thrilled that Magnolia’s hundreds of employees will now be right in the heart of the city.

Just before Christmas 2015, Chip & Jo renovated this home on Fixer Upper. Although they called it a bed & breakfast, PURCH ASE TO VIEW it’s actually a vacation rental available for $795-$995/night. It sleeps 8 and you have to book the entire home.

Fixer Upper Sn. 3 Ep. 18 featured The Carriage House, which was renovated for Rob & Marianne, Magnolia House PURCH ASE TO VIEW caretakers. However, in 2019, Chip & Jo announced it would join their line of vacation rentals for $545-$695/night.

Chip & Jo bought this historic property (and the large vacant parking lot behind it) in 2019. We can exclusively report that PURCH ASE TO VIEW they’re filming an epic Fixer Upper special of the renovation. We’ll bet they plan to open it to the public once completed.

The Fort House, built in 1868, is one the oldest homes in Waco. It operated as a museum for many years, and as PURCH ASE VIEW of 2019, Chip & Joanna own it. TO They bought from the Historic Waco Foundation for an undisclosed amount.

Chip’s ‘Minty Green’ Investment Home

Most recently McLennan County offices (formerly a Freemason hub), Chip & Jo bought the Grand Karem Shirne PURCH ASE TO VIEW in 2018 for $1.1M. In 2023, they’ll open a 33-room hotel, Hotel 1928, with a restaurant & rooftop terrace in 2023.

Magnolia Headquarters

Seen in Fixer Upper: Welcome Home Sn. 1 Ep. 9, Chip tried to buy this home for years. In the show, they said it was a PURCHitASE VIEW flip, but records indicate is stillTO owned by an LLC linked to the couple with a Magnolia office address on documents.

This is the official headquarters of Magnolia where their realty teams as well as HR, finance, and other departments PURCH ASE TO VIEW are based. Chip & Jo paid several million dollars for the 34,000 square foot former medical center.

The old church at The Silos used to sit on this block (510 N 13th Street). Interestingly, records show that LLCs linked to PURCH VIEW Chip & Jo own nearly theASE entireTO block. Rumor has it, there could be a vacation rental development headed this way.

A Magnolia LLC purchased this massive 135,000 square foot warehouse in December 2016. The price is undisclosed, but TO VIEW it’s valued at wellPURCH over $7ASE million. It appears that this is a shipping/distribution center.
