Just do it! Phone, email, virtual tour and visit! Nothing is easier and more enlightening than seeing how others lease. Plus, it’s a great tool for improving your skills and getting to know your competitors.
Self Evaluations
Shop yourself! Self evaluations are key in keeping leasing skills on track. Make it a team project and take turns shadowing each other and learning from your fellow leasing teammates.
Spruce it Up!
After a long winter, spring is the perfect time to spruce up your display! Change up the décor with some bright new pillows, candles or towels. Maybe even swap out the furnishing from one display to another. How about adding some background music? Get excited about showing your apartments!
Selfie Stations
Who doesn’t want a selfie? Make selfie stations accessible at different points along your tour route! They’re perfect for both guided and self guided tours. Invite prospects to take selfies along the way! Use a great scenic area or make a picture frame to use in your display or clubhouse! Make sure prospects take and share their selfie on social media and tag your property for more exposure. Seriously, what a fun way for them to remember your community! Great for follow up too!

Fun, energizing spring training is perfect to get your team geared up for busy leasing season. Great as a refresher for seasoned leasing consultants and perfect for those new to the industry!

Smell is everything! Change up the scents in your displays, clubhouse and show units. Clean linen or citrus fragrances are buyers’ favorites in warmer months. Fun fact: Did you know that your sense of smell is the strongest of your five senses?
