trained in Chinácota, in the Colombian department North of Santander. Chinacota is a Municipality in the North Santader region, considered a route for paramilitarism and drug trafficking.

more than half of the drugs that leave Colombia and has an army of around 1500 men which operate in one hundred municipalities including Chinácota. This criminal organization is controlled by alias Otoniel, is also known as Clan Úsuga, Los Urabeños or as Gaitan’s self defenses of Colombia.

OPEC rejects terrorist attack
The Organization of Petroleum Exporting countries, OPEC, qualified on Tuesday the attempt to assassinate Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro as an appalling act of terror .The OPEC, through its Secretary General, Mohammad Barkindo, expressed sorrow because such an act could have been done against the highest Venezuelan authorities and the President. The organization stated that it was tranquilizing to observe that President Nicolás Maduro was unharmed and spoke to the Nation a few hours after the attack. The OPEC recognized that they felt deep commotion and consternation when the attack was confirmed in Caracas, where the high military Staff the Presidient and the Public Powers were congregated. These appalling acts of terror should not have space in our society and we offer our solidarity to the people of Venezuela and condemnthis terrible attack.
