Do you know What is the Non Aligned Movement ?
NON ALIGNED MOVEMENT
The Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) is an important forum for political consultation, consisting of 120 member States representing the interests and priorities of developing countries from several continents. It was founded in the midst of the collapse of the colonial system and the independence struggles of the people of Africa, Asia, Latin America and other regions. The main objective of NAM, since its foundation in 1961, is the establishment of an alliance of independent States and a neutral movement. The movement was not aligned with the international policy of the great powers of the world which during the Cold War were the United States and the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR). From the beginning, the Movements work was an essential factor for the decolonization process, which then led to the achievement of freedom and independence of many countries and peoples as well as the creation of new States. 4
