Developments of violent actions by the opposition in Venezuela Through media labs, the opposition has been determined to carry out a campaign even outside the country. However, the areas that are affected by this are the same areas which have been attacked since 2002. The script is the same and it is just the date which is different.
The opposition from the first day after obtaining parliamentary majority in the National Assembly, declared that in six months they would fight the government through different unconstitutional ways. This is not the first time that the Right in Venezuela decides to revoke “supra powers’’ in order to overthrow the legitimate and constitutional Government of Nicolás Maduro Moros. These same actions took place in 2014 and were given the name "The Exit" which left at least 43 people killed, 800 injured and damaged property worth more than 10 billion dollars. These sad moments were overcome by the democratic path and the effort of peacemakers who called for peace and dialogue on more than one occasion. Violent acts have been spearheaded by the opposition leadership which has promoted a chaotic scenario that includes economic, psychological, financial and media warfare in order to destabilize the country and promote foreign interventions. As of April 2017, the violent actions of the opposition intensified. Under the slogan of "Going outside to overthrow the government of President Nicolas Maduro Moros", and is being supported by radical political factors in Venezuela including (First Justice Party, Popular Will Party, Come on Venezuela Party) , among others. Also the opposition is being supported by one of its main spokesmen, General Luis Almagro the OAS Secretary who leveraged with some regional Governments and the tutelage of the United States.
The terrorist of the right, intending once again to replicate their destructive practices have led to losses of more than 50 billion Bolívares and 4 dead people.

European Union must support dialogue in Venezuela GUE/NGL President, Gabi Zimmer, expresses deep concern over the escalating political tensions in Venezuela:
"We reject any attempt to destabilise Venezuela, and call on all parties involved in the conflict to refrain from violence and further escalation of the situation. We also call on the European Union and the United States not to interfere in the conflict. "We deplore that the head of the Organization of American States, Luis Almagro, spread a declaration against Venezuela which was not agreed upon by the organisation's members," Zimmer concludes.
"We call on the Venezuelan opposition to engage in open democratic dialogue with the government and put an immediate end to its strategy of escalation. The European Parliament should support the dialogue and the peaceful solutions promoted by the government of democratically elected President Nicolas Maduro, which are also supported by UNASUR, the Vatican and ex-presidents José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero (Spain), Leonel Fernández (Dominican Republic) and Martin Torrijos (Panama).”

"We reject the proposed European Parliament's one-sided assessment of the difficult situation and proposed delegation to Venezuela. One-sided approaches from third parties can only fuel tensions and will not contribute to resolving the conflict. We insist on respect for the Venezuelan constitution by all parties and respect for human rights, including the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and expression.”

BOLIVARIAN REPUBLIC OF VENEZUELA MINISTRY OF PEOPLE’S POWER FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS COMMUNIQUÉ The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela deplores the interventional declaration of the monarchy of Morocco against the rule of law in Venezuela and its constitutional order, expressed in a statement on the 19th April 2017. It is unacceptable that a Kingdom, occupying a territory subject to the decolonization process by the United Nations, which exercises evidently highly repressive practices against Saharawi citizens, that being an absolutist state classified by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) with one of the lowest human development indices in the world seeks to give lessons and interfere in the internal affairs of Venezuela. The progress and development of Venezuela, in spite of the economic siege, financial and international aggression, enjoys recognition by different agencies such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the Organization of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the Organization of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) as well as in the most recent report of the UN Human Rights Council. The model of human rights in the areas of education, health, culture, housing and a decrease in poverty, among others, make up strong development for the protection and well-being of the citizenship in Venezuela. The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela reiterates its rejection of the unfounded statement of the Kingdom of Morocco on the 19th of April 2017, and makes a call to not join the international conspiracy that seeks to destabilize and breach the peace in our Homeland, violating the principles of respect between sovereign States and Self-determination of the People of Venezuela, principles that bind us also in the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries (NAM), of which both countries are full members. IACHR pronouncements encourage violent acts by opposition groups in Venezuela The executive secretary of the National Human Rights Council, Larry Devoe, on the 22nd April 2017, condemned the pronouncements of the InterAmerican Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) that justify and encourage violent acts by opposition groups in Venezuela, rather than condemning the violence and calling for dialogue. Through his Twitter account @LarryDevoe, he condemned how the IACHR ignores serious violent acts carried out by opposition groups and highlighted how silence encourages violence. These tweets were sent out by the representative of the National Council of Human Rights showing the recent acts of vandalism perpetrated by radical sectors of the Venezuelan opposition which have claimed lives of dozens of people in the country. In a statement quoted by Mr. Devoe, the Permanent Mission of Venezuela to the OAS questioned the IACHR for sharing out conclusions about the country without first investigating first impartiality and having real facts. The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights has not denounced and condemned the attacks by armed bandits in a maternal and child hospital that housed 54 children in Caracas at El Valle; or the destruction committed by violent demonstrators at the headquarters of the NGO FundalatĂn, a civil organization that has an advisory vote before the UN and is accredited to the OAS for its extensive work in defense of human rights, thus showing its lack of impartiality in matters related to Venezuela. www.mre.gob.ve

Tanzania Starts Construction of Railway Line Link to Uganda
In attendance, from Uganda, was the Charge d'Affaires at Uganda's High Commission, Mr Oscar Edule. "Our main focus is to improve the infrastructure sector, something which will in turn improve other sectors," President Magufuli said at the ceremony held at Pugu Railway Station in Dar-es-Salaam.
Tanzania has started building the 300km Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) from the Indian Ocean port of Dar es Salaam to Morogoro, the line is expected to be extended to Port Mwanza on Lake Victoria to link Uganda. This development will put the spotlight on plans which should have seen Uganda either renovating the run-down Port Bell in Luzira or starting work on the proposed Greenfield Bukasa Port in Kirinya, Wakiso District.
The electric railway has been designed to move at a maximum speed of 160km/h for passenger trains and 120km/h for freight. It is expected to be complete within 2years 6 months.
The Bukasa option is estimated to cost Shs486 billion ($180 million) and if linked with the railway line from Tanzania, would become a part of both the Southern and Central transport corridors, respectively. Construction of the multi-billion railway line was launched last Wednesday by Tanzanian President John Pombe Magufuli.
