Geneva Agreement recognizes there is a legitimate claim to Essequibo Caracas, 22 Jul. AVN.Vice-President for Development of Territorial Socialism Elias Jaua reaffirmed on 21st July 2015 the Geneva Agreement, signed in 1966, is the key to resolve Venezuela's legitimate claim on the Essequibo.
