DENON DVP-602CI Special video processing Technology Explanation : Vertical Stretch
Convert wide source(16:9 with black bars) to cinema scope size (2.35:1) using a projector with anamorphic lens DVP-602 : stretch in vertical direction Lens : stretch in horizontal direction Full filled image on cinema scope screen
DENON DVP-602CI Special video processing Technology Explanation : Vertical Stretch Cinema scope image on wide (16:9) screen with black bars
Vertical stretch (digital) by DVP-602CI ---> no black bars
Horizontal stretch (optically) by anamorphic lens --->Full filled image on screen
DENON DVP-602CI Special video processing Technology Explanation : Lip Sync Some LCD/Plasma Display and projectors have slow display drivers this results in very slow build up video images. As the video images for this kind of reason are not synchronic with the audio signal. This often gives weird effects in for example dialogs. The DVP-602 has the ability to stretch a little on the video output and cut in the Framerate to solve this time delay problem.
DENON DVP-602CI Special video processing Technology Explanation : A/V synchronizing Most older A/V sources like Laserdisc, D-VHS, camcorders or DVD players with DVi-D are almost not possible to connect to latest generation LCD TV set with HDMI. The DVP-602Ci has got a featuere on which we can sync the digital optical audio in PCM format together with the composite, s-video, component or DVi-D video signal the video signal will be scaled to the desired resolution and the Audio signal will be synchronized accordingly.
