De lange afstand zeem (LD zeem) is de nieuwe en de meest geavanceerde in de Vermarc collectie 2011. Het is speciaal ontworpen voor Vermarc’s topgamma van broeken. De bovenste laag bestaat uit een speciale nylon microvezel die Aloë Vera bevat. De Lange afstand zeem (LD zeem) is de eerste en enige zeem op de markt die gebruik maakt van het Aloë component. Het Aloë component is geen behandeling, maar is permanent opgenomen in het materiaal tijdens het productieproces, zodat de voordelen niet zullen uitspoelen of vervagen na verloop van tijd. De geïntegreerde Aloe koelt, beschermt en geneest zelf de huid, terwijl de renner in het zadel zit. Daarnaast is Aloe een natuurlijke verdediger tegen bacteriën. Onder deze bovenste laag bevindt zich een dikke laag schuim met een wafeltextuur. Deze textuur helpt bij de ventilatie en de transpiratie, waardoor de zeem geen vocht vasthoudt, maar het vocht verplaatst naar buiten waar het snel kan verdampen. Onder de bovenste lagen is een opvullaag. Deze zeer geventileerde vulstof is teruggebracht tot een unieke kleinere vorm die de renner beschermt en ondersteunt op cruciale punten tegen het zadel. De vorm van deze onderste laag is ontworpen naar de anatomie van de renner en beschermt waar het meest nodig is. Een prostaat-reliëf uitgesneden in het midden en de onafhankelijke gel panelen bieden maximaal comfort aan een lichaam in beweging. De lange afstand zeem is elastisch en voldoet aan alle bewegingen op de fiets,om daarna terug te keren naar zijn oorspronkelijke vorm na het sporten. De geavanceerde technologie en aandacht voor detail maken de lange afstand zeem de ideale zeem voor veeleisende atleten, die steeds een maximale kwaliteit eisen.

De ELITE zeem is eveneens een geavanceerde zeem uit de collectie. Het centrale gedeelte van de zeem bevat een speciale gel die de bescherming optimaliseert en die de vibraties van de weg zo veel mogelijk absorbeert. Elke component werd zorgvuldig uitgekozen om zo een zeem van de beste kwaliteit te kunnen produceren. De buitenste stof, gemaakt uit polyester microvezel, werd op de zeem gezet met behulp van de Omniform technologie, een speciaal modelleringsysteem op hoge frequentie dat de hoge temperaturen van de traditionele modelleringtechnologie vermijdt. Dit resulteert in zachtere materialen en meer comfort. De enorme elasticiteit van de materialen zorgt ervoor dat de zeem mee met het lichaam beweegt, waarna het steeds zijn oorspronkelijke vorm herneemt. Alle Omniform zemen worden behandeld met antibacteriële stoffen, dat de groei van schadelijke bacteriën tegengaat. Kortom, de ELITE zeem is de beste zeem voor de veeleisende atleet.

De PRISMA zeem werd speciaal ontwikkeld voor vrouwen. Het is een lichte, elastische, naadloze zeem uit één deel, ontwikkeld met behulp van het Omniform modelleringsysteem. Dit systeem vermijdt de ruwe randen en de harde delen die zo vaak de gevoelige huid irriteren. De verdikkingen in de zeem zijn strategisch geplaatst in overeenstemming met de anatomie van het vrouwelijk lichaam om zo een maximaal comfort te bekomen. Alle Omniform zemen worden behandeld met antibacteriële stoffen om de groei van schadelijke bacteriën tegen te gaan. De PRISMA zeem is één van de beste kwaliteit en een garantie voor zowel comfort als prestatie.

The Long distance shammy (LD pad) is the new and the most advanced insert in the Vermarc 2011 collection. It has been specifically designed for Vermarc’s top-of-the-line bibs and shorts. The uppermost layer of the LD pad utilizes a special Nylon microfiber that incorporates Aloe Vera. Vermarc’s The LD pad is the first and only chamois on the market today that takes advantage of Aloe. The Aloe component is not a treatment, but is permanently incorporated into the material during the manufacturing process, so that the benefits will not wash out or fade over time. The integrated Aloe cools, protects and even heals the skin while the rider is in the saddle. In addition, Aloe Vera is a natural defender against bacteria. Below this uppermost layer is a thick expanded memory foam with a waffled texture. The divots that create the texture aid in ventilation and perspiration management so that the pad does not retain moisture, but moves it to the outside where it can evaporate rapidly. Underneath the upper layers is a section of padding. This highly ventilated padding is cut to a unique smaller shape that protects and supports the rider at crucial points against the saddle. The shape of this bottom most layer is designed to comfortably contour to the rider’s anatomy and provide protection where needed most. A prostate relief cut-out in the center and independent glute panels allow maximum comfort and movement with the body in motion. The Long distance insert is elastic– stretching and conforming to all movements on the bike, then returning to its original shape after exercise. The advanced technology and attention to detail make the Long distance the ideal pad for demanding athletes who always require maximum quality.

The Elite-OF pad is the most advanced in the line.The central part of the insert incorporates a special foam gel to enhance protection and absorb as much as possible the road vibrations that can be transferred through the saddle. Every component has been carefully chosen in order to have a top quality shammy. The cover material, a micro-fiber polyester is bonded to the padding with the new Omni-Form Technology, a special molding process made in high frequency that avoids the high temperatures of the traditional molding processes. This results in softer materials. The great elasticity of the materials used allow the pad to move together with the body and to return always to its original shape use after use. ll OmniForm inserts receive an antibacterial treatment that inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria.The Elite-OF shammy is the best pad for the most demanding athletes.

The Prism-OF insert is specially designed for women. It is a lightweight, elastic, seamless, one-piece insert constructed using the OmniForm high frequency process. Which eliminates hard edges and stiff areas that can chafe or irritate sensitive skin. The padding is strategically placed throughout the insert to maximize comfort and conforms to the female anatomy. All OmniForm inserts receive an antibacterial treatment that inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria. The advent of the Prism-OF insert makes shorts of the highest level of quality, comfort and performance available to women.

3D De 3D zeem is een lichte, naadloze zeem uit één deel. De buitenste stof in polyester microvezel werd op de zeem gezet met behulp van de Omniform technologie op hoge frequentie.
