Students must use machines provided by our generous sponsors Please plan to leave your machine behind when taking a class in a machine-sponsored classroom
Instructors in the machine-sponsored classes are selected for their familiarity with the machines, which provides students with an excellent opportunity to learn new quilting techniques on a new machine
Cancellation of Classes
In consultation with the instructors, VQF reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment In case of cancellation, the first alternate will be chosen followed by the second For this reason, we ask that students wait to buy their supplies until after June 1st
Class Supplies
It is important that students are prepared for class
The class-specific supply lists are available at vqf org under the class product page Supply lists are also attached to your registration confirmation
Instructors supply VQF with the supply lists For any questions or concerns in relation to the class supply lists, please contact them
All materials/kit fees are to be paid directly to the instructor on the first day of class. VQF does not collect these fees
Due to electrical restrictions, VQF provides irons for students to use in the class Please do not bring your iron to class; you will not be permitted to use it
We ask that students wait to buy their supplies and start their class prep until after June 1st
Class Etiquette
As a courtesy to your classmates and instructor:
Turn off cell phones during class and lectures
Be prepared to set up and start class on time
Be fragrance-free
Request permission from the instructor to photograph class projects
Course Withdraw Policy
Students have one week from the time of purchase to withdraw from the course and receive a 95% refund from the class fee Students have until May 1st, 2023 to withdraw with a 50% refund Classes purchased within a week of May 1st, are eligible for a 50% refund There will be no refunds for withdrawal after May 1st, 2023

General Information
Advance registration and payment in full are required
Priority registration is earned by volunteering four or more hours at the prior year ' s show If you volunteered four or more hours during our 2019 show, we will honor your time for the 2023 show
Online registration is available at vqf org
Mail-in Registration is not available If you do not have access to a computer for registration, call the Registrar for assistance
If you change a class after submitting your registration, there is a $5 processing fee payment at the time of the change All changes are processed by the Registrar
All registrants are to check in at VQF Registration during registration hours

Registration Fee
$40 non-refundable registration fee for registering online for classes
The fee entitles you to admission to the Champagne and Chocolate Preview, a three-day pass to the show, a show catalog, and a VQF tote bag at a value of more than $70

Payment is required in full at the time of registration
Materials/Kit feeds are paid directly to the instructor on the first day of class VQF does not accept these fees
