Senior Collections
Approximate start time
WinterDecember- March
3-5 p.m.
During December to March you can plan on your session taking place around 3-5 p.m.. However the time changes in Mid-March and so that will make the start time one hour later.
Spring
April- May time varies
The sunset time drastically changes throughout the course of these two months and so our shooting time changes as well.
Summer
Jun-August 6:30-8:30 p.m. Summer session, take place 1-2 hours before sunset. This will hope fully mean that the shoot will be during the cooler part of the day.

FallTime varies
The sunset time drastically changes throughout the course of these two months and so our shooting time changes as well.
Logistics
•I love shooting at gorgeous locations. I recommend two locations max for ses sions. A general rule of thumb is the more locations and outfits, the less images but the more variety you’ll have.
• I can do sunrise sessions if necessary. I require sunrise shoots for those who want to take portraits in very crowded locations.
• I love to travel for shoots! (location fee may apply if more than 30 miles outside of El Paso)

A well timed color + trim can keep root growth and split ends from ruin ing a great photo.
Drink lots of water in the weeks leading up to your session for healthy, glowing skin

There is a big difference in “everyday makeup” and “camera ready makeup.” If you are able I would recommend getting your makeup professionally done. If NOT make sure you go a little bolder with your makeup.

Dudes Outfit tips
Who says guys can’t enjoy senior portraits? My vi sion is to make you feel at ease and of course give you quality photos that will last a lifetime.
Next time you walk by a store you’ll notice the male mannequins and models are always wearing several layers at once. Layers on guys look great on camera, so even when its hot outside, it is worth the hour or two of discomfort for photos that will last a lifetime. Adding a layer brings another dimension and visual interest to your photos.
Blazers, vests and coas up the level for any look.
It’s all about the details. Ties, pocket squares, colored socks, belts, tie clips, watches etc. are sharp compliments to any outfit. You can mix and match accesories to compliment your outfits without doing a full change during the session.
