Although the spring and summer up here in the Midwest has been unseasonably cool, the.boys aIBLACK MAGIC plan to make your winler HOT!! The sport of snowmobiling and the performance industry has grown considerably within the past five years. As with any industry that is experiencing growth, you will see a number of new companies pop up and the existing ones attempt to expand their market.

The charts below are stud per horsepower charts. When you don't meetthe numberof studs per horsepower, you can cause failure of washer, t-nut, studs and track belting. The recommended Loctite is "Red" 262 Loctite. Make sure the stud and t-nut are clean and dry. Put a drop on the inside of t-nut or on threads of the studs. Put studs through a washer then place it on the track belt with t-nut on back side. Tighten stud to 60-80 inch lb. torque. Let dry for 24 hours room temperature. lf loosening oc-curs repeat installation procedure. Check for adequate tunnel clearance. Tunnel protector may be required.
