AIESEC in Malaysia has gone through 50 years of beautiful #PnF journey since 1968. AM is currently the top 6 entity in Asia Pacific, and the top 20 entity globally. And with that, we believe AIESEC in Malaysia plays a much bigger role in shaping the direction of AIESEC in future. We are still ambitious to be one of the entities achieves A2020 by growing disruptively, but at the same time, we also ask ourselves: How do we grow sustainably without sacrificing our current strength and growth rate ? MC MALAYSIA INFORMATION TERM & TRANSITION: AIESEC in Malaysia MC 1819 term starts from 1st August 2018 to 31st July 2019. The AIESEC in Malaysia MC Team is required to start their two months physical team transition and planning from 1st June to 31st July 2019. Individual transition starts immediately after announcement.
LIVING CONDITIONS: MC Malaysia stays in a shared condominium at Sterling Condominium, Jalan SS7/19, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Malaysia (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). Within 10 minutes walk to work, you can easily access to: 1. AIESEC in Malaysia Office at Block E-51-2, Zenith Corporate Park, Jalan SS7/26, Kelana Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. 2. Paradigm Mall for groceries and shuttle bus to LRT (train) station and airport. 3. LRT station to access to other parts of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.

MC MALAYSIA INFORMATION WORKING CONDITIONS AIESEC in Malaysia rents a 1400 sq office with four rooms in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya which is located in Selangor. The working environment gives you loads of space and ability to be flexible in your working style (single desk, round group desk, chill room for creative phases) and possible meetings with LC members. AIESEC in Malaysia has an open office, our members are visiting us regularly and we host many functional meetings in the office.
EMPLOYMENT MC Malaysia members receive RM1,900 allowances per month. Official working day is Monday to Friday with conferences, LC visits or team day during weekend. Official working hours start from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There are 12 national holidays and 6 territorial holidays for Selangor.

APPLICATION PROCESS In compliance to AIESEC in Malaysia Compendium: Art.12.4: Member Committee Vice President Election Process 12.4.1 AIESEC in Malaysia will directly refuse all application from people holding a State of Israel nationality. 12.4.2 Vote of Confidence Procedure 12.4.2.1 Candidate applications shall be released to the NEB a minimum of five (5) days prior to the VoC. 12.4.2.2 The NEB shall submit applicant questions a minimum of one (1) days prior to the VoC 12.4.2.3 The candidates shall participate in an online question forum made up of the NEB submitted questions and opened for a period of one (1) hour only to be answered. The candidate’s submission shall be released to the NEB within twelve (12) hours of online question forum close. 12.4.2.4 The names of all candidates shall be written in alphabetical order, according to their surnames.
