Well, the name says it all; it aims to provide you with a range of different activities that you can engage with to help support, improve and maintain your health and wellbeing. There is no order to the book so feel free to flip to any page. Some activities are fun and relaxing, some thought-provoking, and others just resourceful.
This booklet is part of USASA’s Working on Wellness Campaign; an initiative full of fun and stress-free activations to remind you to take time out for your self-care.
