FUNÉRAIRE PARIS 2011
Con cadenza biennale, si è ripresentata in grande stile Funéraire 2011, il Salone internazionale dell’Arte Funeraria che si è svolto nella capitale francese dal 17 al 19 novembre scorsi. Una vetrina importante in cui il Gruppo VEZZANI S.p.A. non poteva di certo mancare e dove il proprio marchio CEABIS ha fatto la parte del leone. La presenza di visitatori, sia francesi che internazionali, ha fatto si che l’evento si confermi come una manifestazione che va oltre i confini europei.
The biennial exhibition Funéraire 2011, the International Exhibition of the Funeral Art, introduced itself with a great style and it took place from 17th to 19th November 2011. An important window in which Vezzani Group S.p.A. could not be absent and here its own trademark CEABIS played an important role. The presence of both French and International visitors made this event as an exhibition overcoming the borders.

L’attrezzatura CEABIS ha destato molto interesse negli addetti ai lavori che hanno frequentato lo stand del Gruppo.
The equipment by CEABIS was found very interesting by the sector operators that visited the booth of the group.
Apparecchi frigoriferi per salme, autocaricanti con dotazioni per il recupero dei corpi, celle frigo e tavoli autopsia e tutti i prodotti per la preparazione dei feretri, sono stati ammirati dai visitatori, apprezzando quella che è l’innovazione e il dinamismo di un marchio come la CEABIS.
Cold stores for corpses, self-loaders with equipment for corpse recovery, cold stores and autopsy tables and all the products for the coffin preparation were admired by the different visitors, appreciating what is the innovation and dynamism of a trademark as CEABIS.

Presentazione anche in terra francese del nuovo sistema saldante a freddo specifico per uso funerario denominato SALDARAPIDOplus, che ha riscontrato enorme successo e che ogni visitatore ha potuto testare personalmente, grazie alla postazione di prova messa a disposizione dalla CEABIS.
Presentation in France of the new cold welding system specifically used in the funeral sector called SALDARAPIDOplus, which had a great success and every visitor could personally test it, thanks to the test point offered by CEABIS.

Come ogni anno il gruppo Vezzani si è ritrovato per scambiarsi gli auguri in una cornice festosa durante la quale si sono alternati momenti di “sorrisi”.

Sorrisi perché, quest’anno, il gruppo VezzaniStiltecno-Ceabis-Oscar Marta ha deciso di effettuare l’offerta benefica al Vip Reggio Emilia Onlus (Viviamo in positivo) che è un'associazione di volontari Clown che opera presso l'Ospedale cittadino Santa Maria Nuova nei reparti di: Pediatria, Urologia e Riabilitazione funzionale.
Laughs because even this year the group Vezzani-Stiltecno-Ceabis-Oscar Marta has decided to make a charity offer to Vip Reggio Emilia Onlus (positively live), which is an association of volunteers Clown working at the city Hospital Santa Maria Nuova in the department of Pediatrics, Urology and Functional Rehabilitation.
La loro missione è portare gioia e sorriso nei luoghi segnati dalla sofferenza e dall'indifferenza.
Their mission is that of bringing joy and laughs in such places where pain and indifference live.
Hanno presenziato alla consegna del diploma del “Sorriso” la presidente Lorenza Trotta (in arte Nuvola) ed una sua assistente.
The President Lorenza Trotta (known like Nuvola) with one of her assistants was present at the delivery of Certificate “Sorriso” (Laugh).
Con simpatia poi i clown hanno distribuito a tutti i partecipanti i “nasini rossi” (simbolo dell’associazione) che tutti quanti hanno indossato con grande entusiasmo.

VEZZANI CREMATION: INSTALLAZIONE FORNO CREMATORIO A NOVARA VEZZANI CREMATION: INSTALLATION OF A CREMATORY IN NOVARA Agli inizi del mese di gennaio è stata completata l’installazione dell’impianto per la cremazione umana posizionato all’interno del cimitero urbano di Novara. Questo impianto crematorio di assoluta avanguardia tecnologica è stato fornito direttamente al comune di Novara completo di tutti gli accessori, e rispondente a tutte le normative vigenti in materia di emissioni in atmosfera. L’impianto crematorio installato, di ultimissima generazione, sarà capace di effettuare 9 cremazioni nell’arco di 10 ore lavorative con consumi molto ridotti rispetto agli impianti precedenti. Tra le particolarità da considerare è bene ricordare alcuni elementi di assoluta avanguardia: * Dispositivo d’introduzione feretro interamente automatico, il quale per facilitare il compito dell’operatore e per sopperire alla mancanza di spazio è stato concepito in modo da caricare da un lato e ruotare di 90° per posizionarsi perfettamente di fronte alla bocca del forno, dopo di che attraverso un dispositivo elettrico avviene l’inserimento all’interno della camera di cremazione. * Sistema di monitoraggio in continuo delle emissioni, capace di controllare, prelevare e analizzare la concentrazione di inquinanti emessi durante la cremazione, ciò permette di sapere con assoluta certezza, in ogni momento dell’attività, se i fumi che stiamo emettendo sono dentro i limiti stabiliti dalla legge.

At the beginning of January the installation of the cremation plant was completed inside the urban cemetery of Novara. This technologically advanced cremation plant was supplied to the commune of Novara with all the accessories and complying with all the regulations in force concerning the emission in the air. The installed cremation plant will be able to carry out 9 cremation in 10 working hours, with reduced consumptions in comparison with the previous plant. Between the particularities it has to remember some advanced element: * Completely automatic device for the insertion of the coffin which has been designed in order to load from one side and turn of 90° to place perfectly in front of the opening of the cremator to easy the work of the operator and to solve the problem of the small place, after that through an electric device the insertion inside the cremation chamber is implemented. * Monitoring system of the emissions, able to control, take and analyzer the concentration of polluting substances issued during cremation, this allows to know with firm certainty, in every moment of the activity, if the smokes are or not exceeding the limits established by the law.

SALDARAPIDO PLUS TRAINING MEETING
Si stanno intensificando in tutta Italia gli incontri organizzati dalla CEABIS con gli impresari funebri per fare conoscere il nuovo sistema di saldatura a freddo denominato “SALDARAPIDOplus”. Grazie al supporto dei tecnici della “Divisione Adesivi Industriali” del gruppo multinazionale HENKEL e con la conduzione dello staff della CEABIS, sono stati realizzati i meeting in cui ogni partecipante ha potuto provare in prima persona il rivoluzionario sistema di saldatura a freddo. 22
All over Italy the meetings organized by CEABIS with the undertakers to explain the new cold welding system called “SALDARAPIDOplus” are more and more frequent. Thanks to the support of the technicians of the “Department Industrial Adhesives” of the multinational group HENKEL and the management of the CEABIS team some meeting have been organized where every participant has had the possibility to test the revolutionary system of cold welding.

Il 15 ottobre 2011 a Corridonia (MC), con il supporto dell’Agente di zona CEABIS sig. Mirko Salvatori, si è vista una nutrita partecipazione degli Impresari Funebri delle Marche che hanno potuto toccare con mano gli innumerevoli vantaggi che il SALDARAPIDOplus comporta.
On 15th October 2011 in Corridonia (MC) with the support of the CEABIS area sales agent Mr Mirko Salvatori there was a great participation of the undertakers from Marche region that could check the many advantages that SALDARAPIDOplus offers.

Nelle giornate del 1, 2 e 3 dicembre 2011 lo staff CEABIS era presente in Sardegna, grazie agli incontri organizzati dal Concessionario di zona sig. Antonio Atzei. I meeting, realizzati rispettivamente a Sassari, Nuoro e Cagliari, hanno riunito molti Impresari Funebri della regione, nonché i responsabili locali delle ASL che, con la loro presenza, hanno dato ulteriore risalto all’importanza dell’utilizzo del SALDARAPIDOplus in termini di sicurezza.

On 1st, 2nd and 3rd December 2011 CEABIS staff was in Sardinia, thanks to the meeting organized by the area distributor Mr Antonio Atzei. The meetings that took place in Sassari, Nuoro and Cagliari recalled many undertakers of the region and the responsible of the ASL that with their presence gave importance to SALDARAPIDOplus what safety concerns.

A Manfredonia (FG) si sono svolti, nei giorni 12 e 13 gennaio 2012, i training che hanno interessato gli Impresari Funebri pugliesi e molisani. Grazie all’organizzazione della CEABISUD Srl, concessionario CEABIS per parte della Puglia ed il Molise, la presenza degli addetti ai lavori è stata considerevole e con un importante interesse verso quello che si può considerare il metodo di saldatura del futuro.
On 12 and 13th the trainings for the undertakers of Molise and Apulia were organized in Manfredonia (FG). Thanks to the organization of CEABISUD Srl, distributor of CEABIS for a part of Apulia and Molise, and here there was a great participation with an important interest for what can be considered to be the welding method of the future.

Forte dei consensi sempre più frequenti ricevuti dalla Clientela per i suoi prodotti in porcellana la Vezzani ha presentato due nuove serie DIADEMA e IDEAL. La serie Diadema “aggressiva ed accattivante” e la Serie Ideal “semplice ed elegante” hanno già avuto successo sulla Clientela. Sono state inoltre aggiunte due nuove colorazioni marmi e graniti TRANI e CALIZIA, che la Clientela potrà richiedere su tutti gli articoli di porcellana anche già esistenti. Saranno presentate ufficialmente durante il Tanexpo 2012 che si svolgerà a Bologna dal 23 al 25 marzo 2012 dove il gruppo Vezzani sarà presente nella HALL 21 spazio GRUPPO VEZZANI.

DIADEMA Thanks to the frequent consents by the clients Vezzani has introduced for its porcelain products two new series DIADEMA and IDEAL. The“aggressive and winning” Diadema series and the “easy and elegant” Ideal Series have already had a great success with the clients. Two new colours have been added that is TRANI and CALIZIA that the clients can ask for all the porcelain products included the ones already existing. These ones will be officially exhibited during Tanexpo that will take place in Bologna from 23rd to 25th March 2012 where the group Vezzani will be present at the HALL 21, booth VEZZANI GROUP.

OSCAR MARTA: IL CATALOGO ARREDO URBANO OSCAR MARTA: STREET FORNITURE CATALOGUE Nel mese di Gennaio 2012, Oscar Marta ha presentato il nuovo catalogo ARREDO URBANO. Dal 1958 Oscar Marta è al servizio delle pubbliche amministrazioni e pertanto ha voluto creare una nuova e numerosa gamma di prodotti per soddisfare tutte le esigenze. Visto l’uso sempre più frequente da parte delle amministrazioni comunali dell’informatica si è provveduto a fare anche un cd del catalogo per una consultazione facile e veloce.

In January 2012, Oscar Marta presented the new catalogue URBAN DESIGN. Since 1958 Oscar Marta has been working together with the public bodies and so it wanted to produce a new and wide range of products to meet all the needs. Because of the more and more frequent use of pc by the communal bodies we have even made a Compact disc of the catalogue for an easy and quick look.

Chris McCormack, pluripremiato triatleta australiano, ha vinto per ben due volte diventando un “Ironman” su questo terreno di gara dopo 8 ore, 10 minuti e 37 secondi, nel 2010. In sella alla bicicletta più veloce del mondo, la Shiv TT, realizzata dal costruttore americano Specialized, Chris McCormack ha mostrato tutta la sua forza e la sua resistenza, caratteristiche necessarie per arrivare fino in fondo nel Triathlon. For years Specialized has been using an epoxy bi-component adhesive Loctite to assemble the chassis of its professional bikes, to glue both the carbon fiber parts and the metal ones (for example the central movement and the hub to the carbon fiber parts). What production aims concerns, the advantages offered by the Loctite adhesive are the polymerization through heat, assuring that the assembly process is not limited to a too rapid gluing, and the reduction of the waste in the assembly process of the chassis. The used epoxy adhesive Loctite is suitable for every type of substratum, so just one product is enough for the whole assembly process. The adhesive maintains its resistance even if it is subjected to heavy cut and traction loads, even in extreme conditions. The highest strengths on the chassis are measured in the central movement, the best bike runners can apply up to 1000 Watt of power; the aluminium shells of the hubs of the front and rear wheel support the whole weight of the bike runner and so they must be firmly glued to the body of the carbon fiber hub. Loctite knows very well how the hero are, because the same is this brand and its adhesive performances! ...And this is the reason why CEABIS has chosen HENKEL. VEZZANI CREMATION: INSTALLAZIONE FORNO CREMATORIO VITERBO VEZZANI CREMATION: INSTALLATION OF A CREMATORY IN VITERBO Con la metà del mese di gennaio è stato messo in funzione l’impianto crematorio ubicato all’interno del cimitero di S. Lazzaro del comune di Viterbo. Il nuovo impianto è stato posizionato in sostituzione di uno già esistente, obsoleto e con prestazioni nettamente diverse dal nuovo istallato, il quale è già funzionante a pieno regime tanto che sta procedendo con una media di 7/8 cremazioni al giorno. In questo caso gli spazi erano veramente risicati e la nostra progettazione si è dovuta impegnare a fondo per gestire l’inserimento in un contesto così essenziale. La fornitura comprendeva: forno crematorio, dissipatore acqua – aria, sistema di abbattimento chimico – fIsico degli inquinanti e tutti le parti che compongono una linea completa di cremazione. In questo caso però oltre all’impianto di cremazione abbiamo fornito e installato celle frigorifero per la conservazione delle salme destinate alla cremazione, per essere maggiormente precisi si tratta di una cella a 9 posti con sviluppo di 3 in verticale, n° 3 porte (ognuna al servizio di 3 salme), impianto frigorifero monoblocco a soffitto funzionante a temperatura media di 0°C.

Mid January the cremation plant placed inside the cemetery of S. Lazzaro of the commune of Viterbo was installed. The new plant replaces an already existing one, which was old and with performances completely different from the new installed one, which is functioning making an average of 7/8 cremations per day. In this case the place was very small and our design needed a great commitment to insert a cremation plant in such a small place. The supply included: crematory, water-air waster, physical-chemical demolition of the polluting elements and all the parts forming a complete cremation line. in this case together with the cremation plant we supplied and installed even cold stores for the corpse conservation for cremation, more precise it is a cold store with 9 seats, 3 in vertical and 3 doors (everyone is at service for 3 corpses), ceiling refrigerating plant functioning with an average temperature of 0°C.

IL QUESITO FISCALE In questa rubrica verranno trattati di volta in volta argomenti suggeriti dai nostri lettori. Dovranno essere di carattere generale e potranno riguardare sia argomenti fiscali, del lavoro e normativi in genere, che potranno interessare un’amplia platea di destinatari. Le risposte verranno redatte a cura dello Studio PPI & PARTNERS, con sede in Reggio Emilia, via Pansa, 47, consulente della VEZZANI SPA. Nel presente articolo si è scelto di trattare il tema dell’antiriciclaggio alla luce delle novità introdotte dalla c.d. decreto “Salva Italia”. A decorrere dal 6 Dicembre 2011, l’art. 12, D.L. n. 201/2011 ha ulteriormente aumentato la tracciabilità delle movimentazioni finanziarie riducendo a € 1.000 il limite per l’utilizzo: - del denaro contante; - degli assegni bancari o postali/circolari e dei vaglia postali o cambiari; - dei libretti di deposito bancari o postali al portatore. Contestualmente il legislatore ha introdotto l’obbligo di comunicare le violazioni riscontrate da parte dei soggetti destinatari degli obblighi antiriciclaggio, oltre che alle Ragionerie Territoriali dello Stato (in sostituzione del MEF), anche all’Agenzia delle Entrate. La modifica in esame, oltre all’esigenza di prevenzione del fenomeno del riciclaggio, è finalizzata anche al contrasto dell’evasione fiscale. L’UTILIZZO DEL DENARO CONTANTE A seguito della riduzione della soglia per i trasferimenti di denaro contante non è più possibile effettuare pagamenti in contanti tra soggetti diversi in un’unica soluzione di importo pari o superiore a € 1.000. Tali trasferimenti eccedenti andranno pertanto eseguiti tramite intermediari abilitati (banche, poste, ecc.). La predetta limitazione riguarda complessivamente il valore oggetto di trasferimento e va dunque applicato anche alle c.d. “operazioni frazionate”, ossia a quei pagamenti inferiori al limite che appaiono artificiosamente frazionati. I soggetti interessati al rispetto degli obblighi antiriciclaggio dovranno comunicare, entro 30 giorni, alle Ragionerie territoriali dello Stato (in sostituzione del MEF) e all’Agenzia delle Entrate, le infrazioni circa l’uso del contante delle quali gli stessi hanno avuto cognizione. L’UTILIZZO DEGLI ASSEGNI L’art. 49, D.Lgs. n. 231/2007 dispone che le banche e le Poste devono rilasciare i moduli di assegni muniti della clausola di non trasferibilità, la quale va apposta anche su assegni circolari e vaglia postali o cambiari. I moduli in forma libera, ossia senza la clausola di non trasferibilità, sono rilasciati soltanto: • a seguito di una specifica richiesta scritta presentata dal soggetto interessato alla banca ovvero alle Poste; • pagando € 1,50 a titolo di imposta di bollo, per ciascun modulo di assegno richiesto in forma libera ovvero per ciascun assegno circolare, vaglia postale o cambiario rilasciato in forma libera. Con l’introduzione dei nuovi limiti detti assegni e vaglia trasferibili potranno essere utilizzati esclusivamente per importi inferiori a € 1.000. Si evidenzia che è necessario indicare il nome o la ragione sociale del beneficiario sugli assegni bancari e postali emessi per importi pari o superiori a € 1.000 (che non possono mai essere privi della clausola di non trasferibilità); sugli assegni circolari e vaglia postali e cambiari (a prescindere dall’importo). Il MEF nella Circolare 5.8.2010, n. 281178 ha precisato che il limite va inteso soltanto per il singolo assegno. Gli assegni utilizzati, anche per la medesima operazione, non sono cumulabili ai fini del calcolo dell’importo totale del trasferimento. L’UTILIZZO DEI LIBRETTI DI DEPOSITO AL PORTATORE In caso di libretti di deposito bancari o postali al portatore il saldo non può essere pari o superiore a € 1.000. Per i libretti di deposito esistenti al 06.12.2011 con un saldo pari o superiore a € 1.000, il portatore, entro il 31.03.2012 dovrà estinguere il libretto ovvero ridurre il relativo saldo ad un somma inferiore al predetto limite. In caso di trasferimento, il cedente è tenuto a comunicare i dati identificativi del beneficiario, nonché la data del trasferimento alla banca o alle Poste entro 30 giorni. ASPETTI SANZIONATORI Chi viola la soglia di € 1.000 relativamente alle movimentazioni di denaro contante ovvero omette di inserire la clausola di non trasferibilità o la ragione sociale del beneficiario di un assegno superiore a € 1.000 è assoggettato ad una sanzione che va dall’1% al 40% dell’importo trasferito, fermo restando l’importo minino della sanzione pari a 3.000 €. Nel caso di violazione con importo trasferito superiore a € 50.000 le sanzioni saranno comprese tra il 5% e il 40% dell’importo trasferito. È bene precisare che la suddetta sanzione è applicabile non solo al soggetto che ha effettuato il trasferimento ma anche a colui che ha ricevuto la somma in contante. Se non si opera la scelta e si lascia invariato il saldo del libretto di deposito (oltre i 1.000 €) è prevista anche in questo caso una sanzione amministrativa pecuniaria compresa tra il 10% e il 20% del saldo del libretto stesso, con un minimo di € 3.000. Per le violazioni relative ai libretti al portatore con saldo inferiore a € 3.000 la sanzione è pari al saldo del libretto stesso. Una sanzione amministrativa è prevista anche per l’intermediario che non comunica la violazione alle Ragionerie Territoriali dello Stato e all’Agenzia delle Entrate: è pari ad un importo dal 3 al 30% della cifra oggetto dell’operazione e comunque non inferiore a € 3.000.
