Carrello di movimentazione con piano di lavoro elevabile a pantografo destinato all’innalzamento dei feretri per la loro movimentazione. Progettata e costruita in conformità alla Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE, la macchina è dotata di marchio CE. Caratteristiche principali del mezzo sono: • Telaio robusto costruito per garantire affidabilità nel tempo con sistema di imboccolamento nei punti di maggior sforzo del pantografo. • Guide in profilati di acciaio con cuscinetti di scorrimento a rotella per carichi gravosi. • Portata del carrello 200Kg. • Vasta gamma di accessori e dispositivi opzionali che completano la flessibilità operazionale e la sicurezza dell’utilizzatore. STRUTTURA Mezzo costituito da un telaio di base in profilato quadro 60x40x3 in acciaio saldato, poggiante su quattro ruote gommate imperforabili di cui due fisse e due piroettanti montate dotate di freno di stazionamento. Struttura del pantografo doppio in tubolare quadro 60x30x3, supportati con traverse e saette con perni imboccolati, guidati con cuscinetti schermati ed innalzato mediante cilindro oleodinamico. PIANO DI LAVORO PER MOVIMENTAZIONE FERETRI Il piano di lavoro del modello base prevede una serie di rulli folli per agevolare lo scorrimento del feretro in fase di tumulazione. Sul piano di lavoro è previsto un dispositivo meccanico di bloccaggio cassa ed ulteriori cinghie di fissaggio. SICUREZZE • Valvola di sovrapressione per il controllo di sovraccarichi • Valvola calibrata per il controllo della velocità di discesa • Valvola di blocco in caso di rottura delle tubazioni oleodinamiche • Cinghie di sicurezza per il bloccaggio del feretro • Targhe di segnalazione rischi residui

In compliance with the Machine Directive 98/42/EC, the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2004/108/EC and Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/ EC. Strong structure to assure a reliability in time with bushing system in the point of major effort of the pantograph. • Steel profile guides with roll sliding bushings for heavy loads. • Truck carrying capacity 200 kg. • Wide range of accessories and optional devices completing the operational flexibility and the user safety. STRUCTURE Equipment made up by base structure in square profile 60x40x3 in welded steel, supported by four imperforable rubber wheels, two of them are fix and two are rotating equipped with brake. Structure of the double pantograph made of squared tubular 60x30x3, supported by crossbars and bits and bushed pins, run with bushings and lifted by pneumatic cylinder. WORKING PLANE FOR COFFIN MOVEMENT The working plane of the base model has a series of rolls to easy the coffin movement during burial. On the working plane there is a mechanical device to block the coffin and further fixing belts. SECURITY

L’élévation est assurée par un vérin hydraulique. PLAN DE TRAVAIL POUR MANUTENTION DES CERCUEILS La plateforme du modèle de base présente une série de rouleaux libres pour faciliter le déplacement du cercueil en phase d’inhumation. La plateforme présente un dispositif mécanique de blocage du cercueil et d’autres courroies de fixation. Estructura de la doble tijera de tubo cuadrado 60x30x3, sostenida mediante travesaños y riostras sujetos con pernos encasquillados, guiada mediante cojinetes blindados y accionada por un cilindro hidráulico. PLANO DE TRABAJO PARA EL DESPLAZAMIENTO DE FÉRETROS El plano de trabajo del modelo base prevé una serie de rodillos locos para facilitar el deslizamiento del féretro durante la inhumación.
