MODULCELL è un sistema di costruzione per cellette ossari e cinerari costituito da una struttura in alluminio assemblata senza viti e senza saldature.Il sistema MODULCELL consente di sfruttare al massimo qualsiasi spazio all’interno del Cimitero ricavando ossari e/o cinerari anche da brevi tratti di muro liberi, da incavi, da interstizi e sottoscale, in modo pulito, rapido, senza rumori e senza progetti. Gli ossari (cinerari) MODULCELL possono essere forniti come struttura da rivestirsi in loco a cura del Cliente o completi di rivestimento in marmo, sia in un caso che nell'altro sono forniti “chiavi in mano” completi di trasporto e montaggio. MODULCELL is a building system for charnel house boxes and cineraries made up by an aluminium structure assembled without screws and welding. MODULCELL system allows to exploit every space inside the cemetery creating charnel houses even in short wall parts free from hollows, interstices and spaces under the stairs in a clean, quick way without noises and any plans. The charnel houses MODULCELL can be supplied as a structure to cover on site by the client or complete with marble covering , and in both cases they are supplied turn-key complete with transport and assembly.

MODULCELL est un système de construction pour cellules ossuaires et cinéraires constitué d’une structure en aluminium dépourvue de vis et de soudures.Le système MODULCELL permet d’optimiser tout espace à l’intérieur du cimetière en utilisant de petits segments de murs libres, cavités, interstices et dessous d’escaliers pour en faire des ossuaires et/ou cinéraires, proprement et rapidement, sans bruit ni projet. Les ossuaires (cinéraires) MODULCELL peuvent être fournis en tant que structure à revêtir sur place par le client ou revêtus de marbre. Ils sont en tout cas fournis « clé en main », transport et montage compris. MODULCELL es un sistema de construcción para osarios y cinerarios, compuesto por una estructura de aluminio que se monta sin tornillos ni soldaduras. El sistema MODULCELL permite aprovechar al máximo cualquier espacio dentro del cementerio; es posible obtener osarios y/o cinerarios incluso en pequeños tramos libres de pared, cavidades, intersticios, debajo de escaleras, etc., de forma limpia, rápida, sin ruido ni proyectos. Los osarios (cinerarios) MODULCELL pueden servirse listos para su revestimiento in situ por parte del Cliente o con revestimiento de mármol. En ambos casos se entregan “llave en mano”, con transporte y montaje incluidos. MODULCELL ist ein Ausbausystem für Ossarium - und Aschenzelle die eine Aluminiumstruktur haben, die ohne Schraube und Schweißungen gebaut wird. Das System MODULCELL erlaubt alle die Räumen des Friedhofs auszunutzen um Ossarium und Aschenzelle auch in kurze Mauerstrecken schnell, reinig, ohne Lärme und ohne Projekten zu schaffen. Die Ossarium (Aschenzelle) MODULCELL können als Struktur geliefert werden, die die Kunden an Ort verkleiden können, oder schon mit Marmor verkleidet, aber beide Lösungen werden schlüsselfertig komplett mit Transport und Montage geliefert. 243

MODULLOC ECO La struttura MODULLOC ECO è costituita da tubolari in acciaio zincato a caldo automontati. Il MODULLOC ECO può essere rapidamente installato in cimitero dai nostri operatori specializzati grazie ad un pratico sistema ad incastro fra il loculo inferiore e quello superiore, entrambi poi successivamente fissati fra di loro tramite speciali ancoraggi. Il contenitore all’interno del quale verrà inserito il cofano funebre è interamente in Acciaio inox (AISI 304) ed è completo di coperchio per chiusura anch’esso realizzato con il medesimo materiale. Tale coperchio è fissato tramite viti in acciaio inox e speciale silicone per la necessaria tenuta ermetica. Il MODULLOC ECO è realizzato in modo da conferire al contenitore in acciaio inox la pendenza verso il fondo della struttura stessa così come previsto dalla normativa vigente. In caso di installazioni in ambienti esterni il tetto di copertura della struttura è realizzato mediante una lamiera grecata ondulata in acciaio inox (AISI 304) oppure mediante l’utilizzo di altri materiali su richiesta. Il rivestimento esterno di tutta la struttura è previsto in lastre di marmo, granito o altri materiali, fissate mediante apposite borchie comprese nella fornitura. Il posizionamento della struttura necessita di una soletta in cemento sulla quale verranno fissati i piedi regolabili. La soletta dovrà avere caratteristiche ben precise che verranno indicate dal nostro ufficio tecnico. A disposizione del cliente, un manuale tecnico, dove vengono indicati tutti i calcoli strutturali del MODULLOC ECO, il quale è calcolato per una portata di 250Kg/mq come previsto dalle normative vigenti in materia. In questi calcoli strutturali sono inoltre previste tutte le azioni e i sovraccarichi derivanti dalle condizioni d’uso (carico neve, carico vento, sismicità ecc..ecc..). MODULLOC ECO
The structure MODULLOC ECO is made of tubular in self-elevating in hot zinc steel. MODULLOC ECO can be quickly built in the cemetery by our specialized technicians thanks to a practical system of clamping between the lower niche and the higher one, both fixed through special blocks. The container inside of which the coffin will be inserted is made of stainless steel (AISI 304) and it is complete of cap for its closing even that made of the same material. This cap is fixed through stainless steel screws and special silicon for the necessary sealing. MODULLOC ECO is built to give the stainless steel container the downward slope of the structure itself in compliance with the law. In case of external installations the covering roof of the structure is made of a corrugated stainless steel sheet (AISI 304) or through the use of other materials on request. The external coating of the whole structure is made of marble, granite plates or other materials, that are fixed through studs included in the supply. The placing of the structure needs a concrete slab on which the adjustable feet will be fixed. The slab shall have precise characteristics that will be indicated by our technical staff. Available for the client, a technical handbook, where all the structural calculations of MODULLOC ECO will be shown, which is calculated for a carrying capacity of 250 Kg/Squared Metres complying with the concerning laws. In this structural calculations all the actions and the overloads coming from the use conditions (Snow load, wind load, seismicity, etc…). PATENT DEMAND FOR DEPOSITED INVENTION N. IT-RE2009A000097 La structure MODULLOC ECO est composée de tubes en acier zingué à chaud auto-assemblés. Le MODULLOC ECO peut être rapidement installé au cimetière par nos opérateurs spécialisés grâce à un système pratique d’encastrement entre les niches inférieure et supérieure, toutes deux ensuite fixées entre elles par des chevilles spéciales. Le caisson de logement du cercueil est entièrement en inox (AISI 304) et présente un couvercle de fermeture en matériau identique. Ce couvercle est fixé par des vis en inox et silicone spécial pour une fermeture hermétique conforme. Le MODULLOC ECO est conçu de sorte à donner au caisson en acier inox la pente vers le fond de la structure, tel que prévu par les normes en vigueur. Pour les installations à l’extérieur, le toit de couverture de la structure se compose d’un panneau nervuré et ondulé en inox (AISI 304) ou autres matériaux sur demande. Le revêtement extérieur de l’ensemble de la structure est prévu en plaques de marbre, granit ou autres matériaux, fixées par des rivets spéciaux compris dans la fourniture. Le positionnement de la structure nécessite une dalle en ciment sur laquelle seront fixés les pieds réglables. La dalle devra avoir des caractéristiques précises qui seront indiquées par notre service technique. Un manuel technique est à la disposition du client, indiquant tous les calculs structurels du MODULLOC ECO qui est prévu pour une portée de 250 kg/m² conformément aux normes en vigueur en la matière. Ces calculs structurels prévoient par ailleurs tous les effets et surcharges dérivant des conditions d’utilisation (charge de la neige, du vent, séismicité, etc.). MODULLOC ECO Die Struktur MODULLOC ECO ist von heißen verzinkten sich selbst anhebenden Stahlrohren zusammengesetzt. MODULLOC ECO kann schnell in Friedhof von unseren Facharbeiter installiert werden dankt einem praktischen Einbindungssystem zwischen unterer und oberer Nische, und dann werden sie durch besonderen Verankerungen zusammenfixiert. Der Behälter zur Enthaltung des Sarges ist aus rostfreiem Stahl (AISI 304) komplett mit Deckel aus dem selben Material zur Schließung. Dies Deckel ist durch Schrauben aus rostfreien Stahl Schraube fixiert und besonderes Silicon für die notwendige hermetische Dichtung. MODULLOC ECO ist gebaut um die Neigung dem Behälter aus rostfreiem Stahl zu geben gemäß dem Gesetzt. Im Fall von Außeninstallierungen das Dach der Struktur ist aus rostfreiem Stahl Wellblech (AISI 304) oder aus anderen Materialien auf Antrag. Die Außenbedeckung der ganzen Struktur ist aus Marmor, Granitplatten oder anderen Materialien, die durch Warzen fixiert werden, die in der Lieferung eingeschlossen sind. Die Positionierung der Struktur benutzt eine Betonplatte auf der die einregulierbare Füße fixiert werden. Die Betonplatte soll besondere Merkmahlen haben, die von unseren Techniker gegeben werden. Zur Verfügung der Kunden gibt es ein technisches Handbuch, wo alle die Strukturberechnungen von MODULLOC ECO angeboten werden, das für eine Tragfähigkeit von 250 Kg/Quadratmeter, nach den betreffenden Gesetzen, berechnet wird. In diesen Strukturberechnungen werden alle die Wirkungen und die Überlasten wegen der Gebrauchsbedienungen (Last von Schnee,Wind, Seismizität…). IT-RE2009A000097 La estructura MODULLOC ECO está constituida por nichos automontates de acero cincado en caliente. El MODULLOC ECO puede ser rápidamente instalado en el cementerio por nuestros operadores especializados, gracias a un práctico sistema de encaje entre el nicho inferior y el superior, fijados posteriormente entre sí mediante anclajes especiales. El espacio destinado a alojar el féretro es totalmente de acero inoxidable (AISI 304) y está dotado de tapa de cierre del mismo material. Esta tapa se fija mediante tornillos de acero inoxidable y una silicona especial que garantiza su estanqueidad. El MODULLOC ECO está realizado de tal modo que el recipiente de acero inoxidable queda inclinado hacia el fondo de la estructura, según lo previsto por la normativa vigente. En caso de instalaciones al aire libre, el techo de cobertura de la estructura es de chapa ondulada de acero inoxidable (AISI 304), decorada con grecas, o de otros materiales a elección. El revestimiento exterior de toda la estructura es de losas de mármol, granito u otro material, fijadas mediante tachas incluidas en el suministro. La instalación de la estructura requiere un forjado de cemento en el que se fijan los pies regulables. El forjado debe tener las características precisas indicadas por nuestra oficina técnica. El cliente dispondrá también de un manual técnico, en el que se indican todos los cálculos estructurales del MODULLOC ECO, realizados para una capacidad de 250 kg/m², según lo previsto por las normas vigentes en la materia. Estos cálculos estructurales incluyen todas las acciones y sobrecargas derivadas de las condiciones de uso (carga de nieve, viento, sismicidad, etc.). MODULLOC - COMPOSIZIONE DELLA STRUTTURA La Struttura Modulloc é costituita da trafilati in Alluminio Anodizzato già predisposti coi vari sistemi di aggancio. Le dimensioni del loculo possono variare a seconda delle norme vigenti. I calcoli strutturali della Struttura Modulloc (tutti i dati sono riportati su un manuale dettagliato a disposizione), sono stati studiati per moduli da 25 loculi (n.5x5 loculi) - (misure indicative: altezza mt 4,60 - larghezza mt 4,60 - profondità mt 2,40). Si possono comunque realizzare moduli di qualsiasi dimensione, previe verifiche strutturali del caso. I trafilati in alluminio anodizzato, sono assemblati tra di loro mediante staffe in alluminio presso fuso e fissati con viteria in acciaio inox. Il contenitore per accogliere il cofano funebre é realizzato in acciaio inox (AISI 304). Tale contenitore verrà chiuso con un coperchio realizzato sempre con lo stesso materiale e fissato tramite viti in acciaio inox e speciale silicone per la tenuta ermetica. Tale struttura é stata studiata per dare una pendenza al cassone in acciaio inox verso il fondo della struttura stessa, come previsto dalla normativa vigente. Il tetto della Struttura Modulloc verrà realizzata mediante una lamiera grecata (ondulata) in acciaio inox (AISI 304) - (a richiesta altri materiali). Il rivestimento esterno di tutta la struttura é previsto con lastre di marmo, granito o altri materiali (es. acciaio inox, bronzo, ecc.) montate mediante apposite borchie di fissaggio. Tutta la struttura, così composta, verrà posizionata su una soletta in cemento tramite l’interposizione di adeguati supporti in acciaio inox (piedi) fissati mediante appositi ancoraggi. La soletta in cemento su cui verrà posta la Struttura Modulloc dovrà essere realizzata secondo le specifiche che verranno dornite dal nostro ufficio tecnico.

Struttura calcolata per una portata di 250 Kg/mq, con tale portata la Struttura Modulloc é in grado di sostenere altresì tutte le azioni e i sovraccarichi previsti dalle condizioni d’uso, secondo i dettami previsti dalle normative vigenti in materia. Il posizionamento può avvenire normalmente sul territorio nazionale, potranno in tutti i casi essere studiate applicazioni specifiche per condizioni ambientali particolarmente gravose.
STRUCTURE MODULLOC - STRUCTURE COMPOSITION The Structure Modulloc is made up by anodized aluminium drafts that are alreadi set with the different hooking systems. The niche sizes can vary according to the laws in force. The structural calculations of Structure Modulloc (all the data are reparted on an available detailed handbook) have been studied for modules of 25 niches (n. 5x5 niches) - (indicative sizes: height m 4,60 - width m 4,60 - depth m 2,40). it is possible to build even modules of any size, except some structural tests in particular cases. The anodized aluminium drafts are assembled together thanks to some die casting aluminium stirrups and fixed with stainless steel screws. The box to contain thew coffin is made of stainless steel (AISI 304). Such box will be closed with a cover made of the same material and it is fixed with stainless steel screws and a special silicon for the sealing. Such structure has been developed to give a certain inclination to the stainless steel case, towards the bottom of the structure itself, according to the law in force. The roof of Structure Modulloc will be made with a stainless steel corrugate sheet iron (AISI 304) - (on request other materials). The external covering of the whole structure is made of marble plates, granite or other materials (for example stainless steel, bronze, etc.) that are assembled thanks to proper fixing studs type. The whole structure will be placed on a reinforced-concrete slab through the placing of proper stainless steel supports (feet) that are fixed with proper hooking. The reinforced-concrete slab, on which the Structure Modulloc will be placed, must be built according to the specifications given by out technical office.
