READY FOR TAKEOFF

Our 2nd recreational aircraft, a 160 Hp Piper Cherokee 140 (C-FQEP) is now available for rental to licensed pilots! The rate for this sportly little aircraft is $139/hour (including all surcharges) or $118.15/hour (including all surcharges) if you're a Sustaining or Life Member.

Note: because the Cherokee is a low wing aircraft, conversion familiarization will be required with one of our qualified (on type) Flight Instructors before members can rent this aircraft. The amount of familiarization required will be based on your previous experience on a similar aircraft and the discretion of the CFI.

AND ANOTHER PLANE

Our fleet is growing! The VFC has acquired its 3rd addition to the fleet: a Piper Arrow II!! This aircraft will be available exclusively for recreational rentals, including postPPL “time builders". It's an attractive option for those seeking true crosscountries with an IFR experience. It will be available to rent as soon as it comes out of its annual inspection and IFR re-calibration.
