Design elements :
Pixar’s Journey: A dedicated 64-foot memory lane wall will showcase iconic imagery and memorabilia from all of Pixar’s movies, starting from their very first creation. This wall will be a visual timeline, allowing visitors and employees to experience the evolution of Pixar’s artistry and storytelling.
Bold Brand Identity: A prominent Pixar Animation Studios signage will be prominently displayed in the reception area. This signage will reinforce brand recognition and create a sense of arrival.
Modern Comfort: The reception lounge will feature a selection of modern, curvilinear furniture. This choice not only reflects modern design trends but also complements the inherent playfulness and creativity associated with Pixar. The curvilinear shapes will add a sense of dynamism and movement to the space.
Reflective Ceiling Design: To further enhance the inviting and stimulating environment, the ceiling will feature an attractive, reflected design. This design element will create an illusion of increased height and openness, while also adding a touch of visual interest.
Radiating Workflows: The concept of the layout is inspired from the animation process where it startes from the script writing room and radiates to the charater development worsstation , story board workstation, animation workstion , simulation workstion and then the render farm.
Spark of Serendipity: An RC Unit (racing car) serves as a designated “collision zone,” encouraging chance encounters between departments. This sparks cross-pollination of ideas and fosters unexpected moments of creative inspiration.
