Aggie Garibaldi, owner of Bloomers Floral & Event Design, describes her business as a boutique florist. She manages it with her daughter, Emily. What sets Bloomers apart is that Garibaldi regularly goes to the New York City Flower District to choose seasonal blooms. “I’m inspired by the colors and shapes there,” she notes. Garibaldi often envisions arrangements while strolling the markets.

Bloomers is a full-service florist that creates unforgettable designs for weddings, funerals, special occasions and charitable events. Garibaldi counts corporations and restaurants among her clients. “I like the challenge of a unique design,” she says. The creations are based on available flowers and what the customer has in mind, given the occasion and budget.

“It doesn’t need to be a special occasion to surround yourself with the beauty of flowers,” says Garibaldi.
