The Pink Pear is Now Twice As Nice!

The ever-popular Madison boutique The Pink Pear’s recent move to Main Street is already seeing the benefits, says owner Christine Kosakowski.

Not only has the more-visible location in the center of town increased foot traffic, but The Pink Pear is now twice its former size, allowing more room for social distancing as customers return to in-store shopping. The larger space can also accommodate expansion of some of the shop’s most popular lines, such as Mud Pie’s fun and functional tabletop items and Spantina’s attractive jewelry and handbags.

Kosakowski has added new lines to The Pink Pear’s collection, and will showcase holiday gift items including: ornaments, family games, tabletop items, clothing and accessories. She notes that two gift trends that started last year are expected to be popular again. “Back again this year will be The Corkcicle cigar glass, which sold out, and had two waiting lists,” she said. And the perfect “comfort gift” are the Nordic Beach Body Wraps, just right for snuggling into on a cold winter night.

The Pink Pear is already offering delivery and curbside pick-up to accommodate customers’ safety concerns, but Kosakowki added, “If someone wants to arrange for a private shopping appointment, after hours, or on a closing day, we can do that as well.” Yet another modern shopping option: FaceTime, she said.

All of this reflects The Pink Pear’s ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction—and in this time, to their safety as well.
