This scheme consists of 5 homes to rent and 2 homes for Shared Ownership for local people in need of affordable housing. Shropshire Housing Group worked closely with the Parish Council over a number of years and assisted them with the development of Claverley’s Parish Design Guide. This scheme has the capacity to house 27 people with a local connection. COMPLETION DATE: December 2011 We love our new home, we’re local to the village and our daughter already attends the nursery school.
