\NEW YORK BOOKLET New York Trend Report. Diagnosis of trends across the city. Analysis of in-store design, visual mechandiding, brand similarities, advertising, art & culture and museums & exhibitions. Producing this booklet enabled us to understand the relationship within art, architecture, design and fashion. We were also able to explore the term ‘trend’ in a wider content which helped us to think outside the box and develop a broader understanding.
\VISUAL ANALYSIS ESSAY \BALENCIAGA \ FLORABOTANICA \ EAU DE PARFUM Fragrance advert analysis. Dissection of hidden messages and of meaning. Analysis of target market, visuals, cultural references, set design, package design, choices of scent notes and criteria and look of the model. In writing this report, we were able to understand the choices behind the components of a perfume advertisiment and devlop our writing skills further. This analysis showed us that there is more than meets the eye in advertising and set up solid foundations for our own perfume brief.
Group Presentation. Research based project to identify a confident gap in the market for a new fragrance concept. Creation of a brand through to development of concept. Launch and Promotion analysis considered. The presentation outlines the phases that we went through and each stage of development that lead us to our final concept and advertisement campaigns. The slides are a brief outline of our ideas which we elaborated on verbally.
