A Vicksburg Landmark built in 1903 by cotton broker Solomon Blum. This home was designed by renowned St. Louis architect Theodore C. Link, who also designed the Mississippi State Capitol in Jackson. The house was in the Blum and Levy families for most of its history until purchased and renovated by former Vicksburg mayor Laurence Leyens. He sold it to the present owners 11 years ago. Now home to Steve and Donna Saunders, this majestic home makes it easy to see why Cherry Street was the premier Vicksburg address in the early 1900s.
