OUR BEHAVIOURS

We ask those that work with us to always have the best interests of The Cad Factory, its outcomes and beneficiaries at the forefront of everything they do. Specifically to be:

Committed

to the organisation and its vision, and to making themselves and those who they deal with, better people

Curious

be keen to explore ideas and new ways of doing things, be prepared for open discussion, to learn and to work collaboratively with many different kinds of people

Accountable

always take responsibility for actions and outcomes, admit to mistakes, be efficient and effective, and seek to get things done in a practical and safe way

Creative

be adaptive, flexible, prepared to change direction and seek outcomes that are in keeping with the organisation’s artistic goals

Authentic

always be honest, do things in such a way as they support and align with the organisation’s ethos, speak up, respect others and have fun

FROM THE ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

The Cad Factory has been operating for over ten years now. In 2014 we became an incorporated Not for Profit Organisation, established a board and created our first Business Plan (2014 -15). This new Business Plan (2016 - 18) sees us continuing with our core objectives but with a deeper understanding of who we are as an organisation, with objectives that focus on the arts as a whole ecology. Our artistic programming aims to nurture this arts ecology by supporting people, practice and place. We are continuing to experience growth as an organisation and growth as artists and look forward to the next two years as they unfold. Vic McEwan, Artistic Director
