PARK HYATT CHICAGO Chicago, IL

Completed renovation of the NoMI Garden roof terrace in Downtown Chicago’s Magnificent Mile / Gold Coast. Scope included all new furniture, landscaping, millwork replacement, and wind screen railing. The bar millwork was kept and recovered with new finishes. The new NoMI Garden was completed in the Summer of 2019. Role: Project Designer

Ongoing major renovation of guestrooms and suites at Hyatt’s flagship hotel Park Hyatt Chicago. The renovation includes a full upgrade to bathrooms to upgrade product in order to compete in local market. Expected completion of renovation is projected for 2020. HYATT CENTRIC AUSTIN Austin, TX

Hyatt Centric Austin is a boutique lifestyle hotel that will be located in a mixeduse high-rise building on the corner of Congress Street and 8th Street in Downtown Austin, TX. The Hotel will stand 31 stories and is currently planned with 235 Keys. It will be constructed on the original site of the first hotel ever built in Austin, The Avenue Hotel. HYATT CENTRIC MEMPHIS Memphis, TN

Hyatt Centric Memphis is a new lifestyle hotel that will be located in a mixed-use development on a premium location in Downtown Memphis, in the corner of Beale Street and Front Street. The hotel will overlook the Mississippi River and downtown. The Hotel is planned to stand 8 stories and with 200 keys. Project completion is currently planned for early 2021. ANDAZ TURKS & CAICOS Turks and Caicos Islands

Turks and Caicos – Guestroom Accessories

Andaz Turks & Caicos Hotel & Residencies is a full-service hotel currently under design with Hyatt, Modis Operandi (ID), and RAD Architecture (AOR). The project is located in a premier spot in the Turks and Caicos island and will include 170 guestrooms and suites, several restaurants outlets, and a full-service spa typical of the Andaz brand experience. Grand Hyatt Puerto Cancun is a full-service resort hotel in Cancun, Mexico currently under design. This project will include over 500 guestrooms and suites, several F&B outlets, extensive meeting and event facilities, and a full-service spa. The Food Hall at Crockett Row is an adaptive reuse project in Downtown Fort Worth, TX. The project uses part of an existing building that has an important passageway that connects the space to the famous Kimbell Art Museum. The Food Hall, currently under construction, will bring a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and live entertainment to its neighborhood. The passageway was turned into an active promenade that will bring life and interest to the people passing through and visiting the museum. There is a future second phase planned that will include apartment residencies in the upper levels.

HUDSON’S BAY ROTTERDAM Rotterdam, Netherlands

Hudson’s Bay Company (HBC) is a Canadian department store group and also one of the oldest companies in the world. The own several other popular brands, including Saks Fifth Avenue, Saks Off Fifth, and Lord & Taylor. HBC broke ground for the first time in the European market with more than a dozen projects, now open, throughout The Netherlands in 2016. The projects included the interior architecture and design as well as custom furniture and fixture design in new construction and historic adaptive-reuse buildings. Role: Project Designer

OCT NANCHANG TOURIST CENTER Nanchang, China

The OCT Nanchang Tourist Center is a mixed-use development composed of a public park and event plaza, retail shopping street, and Tourist Center in Nanchang, China. The project uses the architecture and landscape alike to create spaces for people to gather and enjoy the outdoors while also providing entertainment, retail, and dining options for residents and tourists alike. The 5-Bao & 7-Bao Transit Hub Stations are part of two TOD mixed-use complexes and serve as urban nodes along a 9-station subway line. Being the foundation for the city’s image and growing enterprises, they play a vital role in leading Hangzhou’s development in the River Bay Region. 5-Bao & 7-Bao Transit Hubs create a system of integrated connections to their surrounding development. Planned with the concept of the “Hub of the Future”, 5-Bao and 7-Bao combine transportation methods of the present with those in the near future. They allow for an all-weather, ground-air integrated ultra-efficient transportation, leading the revolution for future urban transportation systems.
