FASTENING FEATURES The housings are held together by a lip and channel, snaps and fastners specifically placed for the product to be completely disassembled without inflicting damage to the parts.
Top Frame self locates into place and keeps the two housing tight
Once the Top Frame is removed the used has access to remove the two upper snaps
Two fastners screw into the Screw Inserts which keep the housing locked together
FRONT HOUSING ASSEMBLY Power Button Detail
Right: The springs are set between the Power Button and the Front Housing to give the pressing sensation to the user. Left: The Power Button is fastened to the Front Housing using an anular snap which can be removed onces the two housing are detached.
Eject Button Detail
Right: The Front Housing has a detail molded into it to allow the Eject Button to pivot once it is being pressed. Left: The Eject Button is installed from the rear of the Front Housing and incorporates a lip which prevents it from pass through the cut hole.
FRONT HOUSING ASSEMBLY
The front Frame is installed from the front of the Front Housing. To fasten the Front Frame it must first pass through specific holes created in the Front Housing (detail shown on next page). Once the Front Frame is flush with the Front Housing, fold the tabs outwards as shown in the detail below. Once all the tabs are folded, the Front Frame is fully installed

INNER COMPONENTS
The Rear Housing has a guide feature to locate where the PCB will go before it gets fastned
The Rear Housing has a rib detail which the motor slides into to prevent the motor from rattling in the blender
The PCB is fastnened to the Rear Housing using a screw and a Washer to prevent direct contact with the PCB
REAR HOUSING ASSEMBLY
Top Frame has a grove to fit into place
Plastic from the Rear Housing is heat staked to the Wire Guide
The Wire Trap is Fastned to the Rear LED PCB is help to the Rear Hosuing with Housing in a specific spot with a screw the LED Cover and the support feature.

The Rear Housing contains assembly details for the LED PCB and the Wire Trap
The Rear Housing has ribs specifically places for the position of the Motor
The Rear Housing has and intend at the bottom for the Attachment to fit snug.
WALL MOUNT & BLENDER ASSEMBLY
The Wall Mount is intended for users who want to keep their immersion blenders at a close reach. A cord management featur is built into the wall mount for users who want a more compact package which can be stored in a drawer.

WALL MOUNT DETAILS
The Wall Mount has an indent to indicate to the user the orientation of the blender
The complete Wall Mount is hollowed out to save on plastic and keep a light weight.
The Mount Cap prevents the Mount Eject button to pop out of place
