During your stay, a Local Concierge will be available to welcome you to your apartment, advise and change your itinerary and provide you with insider knowledge of the city.

Your Investment The Hideaways Club City Collection is the second Fund to be launched by The Hideaways Club. The first, the Classic Collection, has been an outstanding success offering over 200 Members ownership and use of 30 luxury villas (set to grow to 100), who have taken over 1,000 holidays to date. The properties range from exclusive retreats and ski chalets to luxury summer and winter-sun villas around the world. This is how The Hideaways Club City Collection works: there are two companies; the Property Company which is wholly owned by the Club Members and the Operating Company which manages the properties on behalf of the Members. When joining the Club, you will buy a share in the property company at the current share price, which is re-valued at least once a year. Your investment will be in a portfolio of apartments
in key cities around the world. If Members wish to leave the Club, they can sell their share at the current share price and benefit from 80 per cent of any increase in the capital growth of the portfolio. The Hideaways Club City Collection has a Member to property ratio of 10 to 1, to ensure flexibility, availability and year-round access to all the apartments. To ensure that this ratio is preserved and excellent availability is maintained, the City Collection will invest in apartments in advance of offering Membership. Members pay an annual cost contribution each year, which covers all the costs of maintaining and servicing the apartments and allows Members access to the Club’s unique personal Concierge Service. Many Members also share use of their investment with friends, family and colleagues.
Membership Options The Hideaways Club City Collection has two Membership options available: The City Collection Premium Membership – This option is ideal for people who make regular city visits for both business and pleasure. This provides a full equity share in the property company for £120,000. The annual cost contribution of £5,300 provides 23 Membership nights a year in any apartment in the collection. This represents excellent value – just £230 a night (up to 60% less than comparable alternatives). Premium Members have a 12-month booking window in which to use their Membership nights. They also have the benefit of Space
Available nights, which allows them to book available apartments with 30 days notice for the highly discounted rate of £150 a night. The City Collection Associate Membership – Associate Membership is perfect for those who want to complement their existing holiday choices or want to supplement their villas holidays with cultural city breaks. This provides a half-share in the property company for £65,000. The annual cost contribution of £2,760 entitles Associate Members to 12 Membership nights a year in any apartment in the Collection. Associate Members have a 9-month booking window in which to use their Membership nights.
