2021 has been a year dedicated to Driving Growth, Innovation and Resilience at the VM Group. The challenges of 2021 were met with a unified and empowered VM Team, as we continued on our mission to transform ourselves, our Members/clients’ lives and of course… our brand. Despite the changes and continued restrictions, we stayed focused to achieve great things for the people we serve. Thank you, Team VM for all the hard work and your demonstration of resilience throughout 2021. Thank you for your commitment to service excellence and for continuing to show why VM is a great organisation and a certified GREAT PLACE TO WORK. We look forward to seeing you all at the 2022 VM Group Business Conference on Saturday January 8, 2022. Until then, here are some highlights of the past year. So much happened in 2021. Second year of the pandemic, the VM Team was busy transforming lives. We picked a few standout moments and will share them across the next few pages. This is just a sample of all we did this year. What were your favourite moments of 2021?
VM Group secures 3rd consecutive ‘Best Financial Advisory Team’ award
the pandemic on communities and the global economy. This builds on the awards won over the past two years that recognised VM’s outstanding commitment to providing Financial Education to help improve lives and its focus on being an Employer of Choice.
The VM Group has, for the third consecutive year, been named the ‘Best Financial Advisory Team in the Caribbean’ by respected United Kingdom-based business publication, Capital Finance International (CFI.co).
The judging panel this year also highlighted the way that VM adapted at the start of the pandemic with the full implementation of an existing remote work policy with no loss in productivity or accountability, as well as the value of the group’s diverse offerings and reach in Jamaica and the Diaspora.
CFI.co recognised VM for its extraordinary efforts to continue to transform lives and empower Members and clients over the past year, despite the significant impact of
CFI.co said it has closely tracked VM’s progress over recent years and is “impressed with its cool competence throughout the pandemic challenges”.
