SPONSORED BREAKFAST SEMINAR

The opportunity is available to host a breakfast seminar in the conference program (subject to organiser approval).

Breakfast seminars will be held on both Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Sponsors can lead these initiatives by providing the presenters and content to deliver education of your choice.

For your seminar to be considered you must include the following details in your proposal:

• Proposed/preferred date/time of the seminar

• Proposed name/title of the seminar

• Proposed speakers and their topics

As the breakfast sponsor you will receive the following entitlements:

• Session to be featured in the program

• Room hire and standard AV is included*

• Includes catering for up to 30 attendees*

• Complimentary session passes for presenters involved in the session (not applicable to delegates)

• Breakfast Seminar to be featured in the program, with acknowledgement as the sponsor in the event program, on the conference website and any other seminar related collateral

• Promotion along with the conference program on the website and will form part of the registration process

• Logo and URL on Sponsorship page of the conference website

• Logo on title slides and on entrance signs for seminar room

• Opportunity to display signage inside the room where seminar is held (provided by sponsor)

• Access to delegate list for Breakfast Seminar attendees (subject to Privacy Act legislation)

* Option to increase or upgrade catering & AV is at sponsors’ own cost

Please note: When conflicting requests are received, priority will be given to applications from Platinum sponsors.

There is a maximum of two breakfast sessions available each day of the conference.
