Brown Bag TV overview Certification & Opportunities • Students’ participation will be certified training • In collaboration with ICT, Dakar will develop a curriculum that conforms with California state education guidelines • Dakar’s industry partners will offer selected participants opportunities to apply and interview for intern and entrylevel positions
Brown Bag TV overview Formats • Exclusively remote • Seminars over digital channels, e.g. Zoom or Bluejeans • SiloCloud, a digital distribution and community platform • Able to share digital content internally & across other channels include social, YouTube and more • A “digital campus” where students will connect and collaborate on their productions
Brown Bag TV overview Pilot Program • DPICCC is flexible, to fit available: student base, mentors and support organizations, industry events • Dakar proposes an initial pilot version of the program: • 30 students • Guided by 8 mentors • 8 Modules over a 3- month period • Content production based on one industry event
