Programs will allow the DoD to…. Iden0fy, AFract and Recruit from a Broad Talent Pool (1.1). Provide an opportunity for sustained engagement to develop, mentor and retain top talent from underserved communi0es. Help the Diversity Office fulfill DoD’s "Promise of opportunity for all—and assist students of diverse backgrounds" (objec0ve 2.2). Draw from talent from a segment of society oWen underserved Develop a rela0onship that is sustainable and expansive.
